Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, dirty bathroom We stayed at this hotel for a family trip to Osoyoos. The service was great, from beginning to end. The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of space. We were travelling with small children, and brought a lot of luggage of course. My cons have to do with the condition of the bathroom - The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. It was very grimy, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned recently either. Also, it would be great if something could be done with the condition of the beach. There were quite a few rocks in the sand. We had stayed at other properties with much nicer beaches in previous years. Overall it was a very good stay, with just a few negative points. July 17, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms Although I found the hotel to be old and filled with many odors I did find the maid service to be nice as several times we had to go get coffee or more towels or help when the AC did not work... there also was a male employee of the hotel that made us very uncomfortable as he would stare at you and follow you with his eyes, no smile or hello, just a very uneasy feeling. I was also disappointed in the rooms very old and for a rewards member I expected a nice room and not a room at the farthest end of the hotel and with a noisy hotel air conditioner beside my room. Over all experience was poor and I do stay at many Holiday Inn with my work and this was the worst....very disappointing. July 10, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice view, poor experience I rented a 2 bedroom suit about 3 months before the date due to arrive that apparently slept 5. Upon arrival they told me that it actually slept 4 and that I was supposed to rent a cot for the 5th person for an extra $20 a night! THEN we get into our room, the cot is pillow though and the kitchen is missing the most basic utilities to make a normal meal. It had No cutting board, No cooking/baking pan, only 1 small frying pan and one small pot. only 4 plates, cups, mugs etc. were in the kitchen. At least make it so that the 5 of us can eat at the same time. There was also no dish washing soap and no salt and pepper. People that stay in this hotel are generally on VACATION and don't want to worry about bringing S&P. ALSO there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. If you know that there is going to be 5 guests staying in a room, make it so that we don't have to ask for extra simple supplies we need to enjoy our time and worth of the room that we are paying for. The service was good at the hotel but it needs updating.The front desk cuts keys for your room with no questions we joked about it but I think they should ask more questions before making more keys. Ei :I had a girlfriend and her daughter visit the last two nights not on our register her 17 yr old daughter just walked up to the front desk they gave her 4 cards ????They had already given me two earlier that morning I found it strange.
