Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing stay Enjoyed the stay. Would have preferred a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also thought breakfast was included with the room. Found out when we got to the dining room that there was a price. Reasonable just unexpected. Will stay again! November 14, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room not clean & in need of repair Bathtub did not work. Repair was done with new stopper but worked inside the tub in work shoes & left with the tub dirty from shoes. Toilet seat not fully attached. Closet had not been fully cleaned in quite some time; dust fell on my clothes when I hung them up. Since there was no thermostat, heating the room to a steady level proved impossible; either too hot or chilly. Audio support in the Salem lecture room was horrendous; hotel settings were wrong so we were forced to lecture without a microphone working BOTH mornings because the 2nd day technician was not informed by corrections eventually implemented by the 1st day's technician. I have lectured around U.S. for over 25 years and they initially did not believe me nor the seminar participants when we insisted the sound was not working. It was frustrating. November 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room, friendly service Although the room was showing some wear, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was staying for a meeting the following day in one of the meeting rooms. Since the public bathrooms were overloaded, the management responded by opening two guest rooms for us to use. This was greatly appreciated since the breaks were very limited. I was however disappointed in the restaurant. All that was availabe on site was an Italian chain (not my favorite cuisine). Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff always pleasant and helpful. The location is on a very busy street prohibiting walking to stores/restaurants except for the one right next to it. Otherwise, the facility itself is nice and clean and the staff were wonderful. November 9, 2014
