Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OK for business stay I stay at IHG hotels about 75 nights a year. In all other hotels my Platinum Elite card gets me an upgrade, but never at Peterborough West ... they don't seem to value the card. At dinner food can be good - particularly the specials, but at breakfast quality of ingredients is not that good - bulk eggs that certainly came out of a container not a shell. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room good but let down by a poor but pricey breakfast This is not the first time my wife and I have stayed here but on all occasions have been let down by the poor quality of breakfast food and that some of it was not very hot. The plumbing system needs an overhaul - as it is very noisy at 07.00. January 14, 2015

There was a note about the heating and air conditioning so no need to worry about being cold. January 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel we stayed new years eve for the past 4 year. always had a great night. the room are great and comfortable very clean and very welcoming, the staff are lovely and very helpful to. however this time our room was freezing cold although the heating was on full. not much the staff could have done at 2.30am in the morning. i have emailed the hotel and they have apologised. and said they would look into it. . but we are looking forward to going back again december 2015. this little blib will not put us off. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really Great Service Stayed at this hotel for the New Year Celebrations and I couldn't have been more impressed with the overall experience. The staff were at my side as soon as I needed anything, and how they coped with so many people serving hot food at the Gala dinner I don't know. I hope they managed to get some well earned rest when we had gone as they all seemed to be working 24/7. Far reached my expectations. January 6, 2015
