Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Convenient Stay Close to Airport The hotel worked out perfect for us. Needed an overnight stay in Phoenix between connecting flights. The free airport shuttle and convenient proximity to the airport worked perfectly for us, and a long day of traveling. Hotel staff was very helpful. I called from the airport to ask how we catch the free shuttle, and the desk person gave me very clear instructions on where to meet the convenient shuttle. We took a taxi into Tempe for dinner, so did not try hotel restaurant for dinner, but had very good continental breakfast there next morning. Only drawback of hotel is the location. No stores or restaurants evident within walking distance. However I am sure that the hotel works out very well for business travelers., and there are many businesses very close. January 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by one of the best restaurant/bar in full service Holiday Inn hotels I travel extensively (200 plus days a year in hotel rooms and many nights in Holiday Inn hotels as we own and operate the West Yellowstone Holiday Inn.) Food/ restaurant is unfortunately not one of the highlights in many of the hotels (I rarely have dinner at any hotel DR). So what a surprise to have a great pot pie and a great wine selection at the Phoenix airport Holiday Inn. also love the espresso machine in your lobby Great idea Congratulations to all January 7, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for overnight stay I stayed at this hotel because I had an overnight layover at PHX and didn't want to sleep at the airport. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and efficient, and as a Platinum I was upgraded to a very nice suite. Two notes: 1. It seems like you need to call the hotel for the shuttle to come and pick you up. I didn't realize this at first. 2. I had a bunch of packages for myself sent to the hotel since I live out of the country, and when I arrived they were waiting for me in my room on the table. Nice touch! January 6, 2015
