The staff at this hotel are very attentive and the shuttle driver is extremely helpful. I recommend this hotel to all my friends that need to be in the area.

I utilized the Park Eat and Fly package, which worked out great. Loved the pillows and the room was fine. The staff was great. It was refreshing to see an older staff with more experience. I especially liked the location. It was a safe place to stay, unlike a previous airport hotel on the other side of the airport, that I had recently stayed at.

Make sure you ask for bath tub. I didn't realize that I would get a standing shower. It has been painful for me. Make sure you confirm when you booking this next time

The staff was exceptional, so courteous and helpful. If there were marks beyond excellent, they would have recieved them. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The temperature was easy to control. The TV worked perfectly. The shower was comfortable and the water pressure perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Holiday Inn will be our hotel choice from here on.

The hotel and rooms are nice. However, the staff providing service when I checked in could use improvement. I forgot my toothbrush and comb and they couldn't help me because they were out of them and only manager had access to more. The manager not onsite until next day. Also asked for late check out and housekeeping had been to my room before my checkout, disappointing.
