El hotel está en remodelación por lo que las habitaciones de los pisos de en medio no son las mejores. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que necesites. El gimnasio muy malo, los equipos viejos y no se pueden usar ya que de las 8 maquinas que hay todos menos uno están rotos. Lo más rescatable de mi estancia fue su personal y la ubicación del hotel.

Property is undergoing a remodel, so don't be fooled by the lobby. The rooms while clean are still extremely outdated and old. Also paper thin walls which limits good nights rest if noisy next door neighbors. Overall, I would not recommend.

standard, some services sub par. lost my laundry, it was found eventually. accommodations were made to improve my next stay. I fear my next stay here will be more of the same issues. No iron in my newly renovated room.

The hotel was good in terms of staff service and the restaurant. The disappointment was the room especially the bathroom. While the room has been recently renovated it really needed a redesign. The basin was outside the bathroom and needed to be incorporated. It really seemed like a cosmetic change not a decent renovation and the workmanship was terrible. Fittings painted over, sloppy filling in walls and just no care in doing any of the trades. The powerpoint was fixed at an angle of 20 degrees to the vertical - really terrible. Do it once and do it right. The cheapest quotes are not the best usually.
Also the new carpet in the hall has a deep pile which makes moving luggage quite hard. Not well thought out at all.
Could have even great but needs a lot more thought.

Could nto get the room dark at night for good sleep. The blinds for daytime use to keep sun out were fine, but there was not any way to make the room dark for good sleep

This hotel has several major issues. The rooms that have yet to be remodeled are absolutely disgusting. The first room I checked into smelled like mold and the floor was wet. I complained and they upgraded me to an executive room. This room was newly remodeled, but the company that did the work did a very VERY poor job. There are several fire safety issues including the fact that all of the sprinkler heads in the room had been painted over. The paint in the room was decent, but it looked like there was scuff marks or something covered up with a different shade of the same color. The caulk in the shower had black stuff under it, and all of the faucets and the shower head were very loose. There was what appeared to be an anti slip surface painted into the tub floor, but it was not very anti slip at all, in fact, it was very slick. The staff at the resaurant/bar area are very inattentive. I stood around for several minutes every time I went into the restaurant, and usually had to go find a waiter/waitress if there was even one out on the floor. Most of the time it would be about 10-15 minutes of standing around before they came out of the back. I asked several times in my stay to talk to a manager or someone with some kind of authority, but there was never one on site, did I mention I was there for 3 days? I finally got the general managers business card, so I took several pictures of the issues in room, and wrote him an email saying much of the same things I am saying here. It has been 5 days and I have yet to receive a response from anyone at the hotel. The only bright part of the entire hotel stay, was the ladies working at the front desk.
I would say, all in all, I would never stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one in the Dallas/Richardson area.
