Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room accomodations. I've stayed at this facility prior to this visit and had no problems. On my stay January 21st of this year there were several problems. First my reservation was put in for two King beds when I requested two rooms with two queen beds. I spoke with someone at the hotel the day before my arrival and let them know that was wrong. Upon arriving the information had not been changed in the system about the error in the type of room, only that I had cancelled one of the rooms and required only one. It was changed and I was placed in a room that had a loose toilet seat, the television would not come on and the closet space was one that looked like a linen closet with two wide shelves, one at the top and one in the middle and the rack or bar to hang our clothes on at the bottom. Suitable only for hanging shirts, blouses, pants on hangers or men suits, Therefore all of our dresses and garments bags were hanging on the floor of the closet. I reported everything and was told there was not another room available for us. My reservation was made 6 weeks in advance and I was very upset about the treatment I received. February 9, 2016

Dinner at Kems Dinner was very good. We have never been disappointed. This time, however, we experienced a glitch. The appetizer came after the main dish. Not catastrophic, but it shouldn't happen.
