I would not recommend this hotel,due to the rude and un-helpful front desk staff at night.The rooms were not clean and the carpets in the hall looked very disgusting.very expensive rates for such poor services. It was very uncomfortable to sleep, you could hear through the walls. I would recommend the Holiday Inn EXPRESS; but not the regular Holiday Inn...

We have stayed at this hotel before. We stay here every time we visit our son. However, I do believe we will be back! We were given such poor information and assistance. We have tried to call the manager for 2 days and have not been able to reach him.
We booked the room for 2 nights (Nov. 27 & 28). When we found out that we could only stay one night (Nov. 27). I called the hotel to cancel one night and was told that would be ok. When we arrived on Wednesday, November 27th, I again explained that we would only be staying one night. One of the hotel clerks asked the other what to do and was told that when we check out, the cancelled night would be credited. The next day when we checked out we were told that the cancelled night was nonrefundable ( a different hotel clerk). We explained that we would told the night would be credited. She said she could not do it and that we needed to speak to the manager who was not there. We returned home and have not been able to speak to the manager.

This location is easy to find right off the Interstate. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. There is also plenty of shopping and places to eat surrounding the hotel.

I work from my PA home for a firm located in Rock Hill so I am in and out of this hotel, as well as other HI's from Maine to Alabama, and this is my favorite HI without a doubt. The staff from reception to Aubrey in the lounge set a standard from which to judge all others. They really take care of the business travellers with a nice hospitality session in the lounge during the week and when I do stay in and eat, I am never disappointed. For those of you that travel for work, you know how important it is for a hotel to be a nice place to kick back at the end of a stressful day. If your looking for a downtown city type of hotel hopping with action and noise, this isnt it. This place is peaceful being located at the end of a dead end road behind a retail area. If your lucky, you will catch the talented guitar player/vocalist that is in the lounge from time to time. His gift of music is a bonus on top of the already indulgent experience. All I can say is to the management is keep up the great work and please dont change a thing. If you want a relaxing hotel, this is your place.

this hotel was okay. the room was typical nothing too fancy or roomy but okay. the hotel was clean. the breakfast in the morning was okay. would have like to seen more staff because the food kept running out because the hotel was full. I never got coffee or greeted by servers and they never asked what we wanted to drink or cleared our table. We had to flag them down to request things.

3 out of the 5 days i was there the internet did not work. i called the lobby and they told me it was my fault. they gave me the number for tech support, and tech support said it was the hotel. i know for sure it was the hotel and not my devices becuase all of my co-workers had the same issues. then the staff acted like i was the only person in the hotel complaining. so unprofessional.
