Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AWFUL 1) on arrival towels in the bathroom had a massive spilled drink stain on them. I used my own towel. 2) there was no TV in rooms throughout hotel for whole stay. I was not forewarned by staff on check-in. When I arrived in the room and could not fix the TV myself, I called to ask when the fault corrected. There was no apology at all and I was told to go and watch tv in the lobby for the whole night. As a single business traveller tv in the room is a fundamental and I just wouldn't have stayed in the hotel if I had known this service was not available. 3# no free wifi. I was also told by reception to use the wifi because the tv was not working - but when I tried to log on this was an #expensive) paid for service. I am a gold card and one of the advertised benefits is free wifi. I have had free wifi in every other ihg hotel I have ever stayed at. I complained on departure and was given a discount but it did not compensate for a poor nights stay. November 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great welcome and friendly staff throughout I was impressed with the bright and friendly reception staff. Who was also very informative. The room was great and very well presented. The breakfast staff were again friendly and had a a lovely welcoming smile. I was only staying the one night and arrived late and left early, but will look to stay here again. Hopefully longer and enjoy the other facilities. November 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel I have stayed many times at this hotel if there is a family gathering. The staff are always helpful and well presented. I have already booked to stay in February 2015, and tried to book for May 2015 but unfortunately is fully booked on the dates I require, hopefully they will have a cancellation. This must be because of the hotel facilities, the staff, great service and cleanliness of the hotel. Many thanks to you all. November 7, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay with breakfast for two in price... Considering all aspects I would say that overall, cannot fault the hotel. Yes,we found the room small and even smaller bathroom! However - this did not really/seriously impact on the overall 'good experience'. This was our 2nd stay.. and we know what we are getting. Breakfast is very good - especially when for two and at an 'all-in' reduced room price! Guess we'll be back again! :-)) October 30, 2014
