Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Travin "N" Doesn't Respond to Guest's Concerns Numerous weeks ago, I submitted an issue regarding my recent stay at the IHG San Jose property. You were the night manager who refused to resolve (to my satisfaction) the issue that arose when my wife, my son and myself checked in and were presented with only two breakfast coupons. Needless to say, you were very polite but totally arrogant strutting around with your hands behind your back speaking to us in a condescending tone. I tried to engage you in resolving the issue by presenting our family with three breakfast coupons. However, you refused stating “It is due to policy”. Is it your policy or the IHG policy to totally infuriate a paying guest who has the option to select another hotel chain for their next stay? Yes Travis, you saved IHG one breakfast, but loss one future guest. All of this over one breakfast. Really Travis..... Yes, in the morning, we ate elsewhere. November 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tired property; Not in the best area Had I not used points, I would be dissatisfied. But it served our purpose. Long lines at front desk. In-set bathroom door would not stay closed. Hotel front doors loud. Hallways dim. Sketchy area. Traveling partner forgot to pack toothbrush, but no answer at front desk at 11am on a Sunday. Best redeeming quality is access to light rail and downtown. November 17, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Go somewhere else My tub wouldn't drain, there was a hole in my ceiling, the AC leaked all over the floor, there was no light in my bathroom and none of it was fixed until the 4 day of my 5 day stay. And this was my second room... Please, find another hotel with a better rating, this one is not worth the money or time. November 17, 2015
