Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hygiene Hygiene Hygiene The attendants at the front desk were very polite and professional. They helped me find a decent restaurant to eat at. I had no issues with the front desk attendants. The room was a different story. The pillows and sheets of the bed I slept on smelled like very bad body odor. My standards and ethics won't let me say exactly what the pillows and sheets smelled like... but we will just say it smelled like VERY bad body odor. The shower was disgusting. The shower at the Slidell Holiday Inn had at least a dozen hairs (guess which kind?) all over the shower stall. I had to do the job of the cleaning crew just so that I could take a shower. I felt like a prisoner inside the room because of the lack of cleanliness. I will never go to that hotel again. I never write reviews but someone needs to fix what is wrong at this hotel. Good Luck. Acorde a la cadena Holiday Inn en USA en la cual he tenido oportunidad de hospedarme en varios hoteles y la calidad es muy similar en todos, no así en México donde hay algunos muy buenos y otros muy malos. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MILES' EXPERIENCE This was the 2nd time at this hotel. Very neat and up-to -date - Friendly Staff. One or two problems no dial tone on phone and no heat in the room on one of the coldest days of the year. We are not use to this type of weather like up north. My husband had to go down to let them know the problem He was issued keys to go to another room. It was an inconvenience but if we wanted to be warm we had no choice. That's it!!!!! January 5, 2016
