Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Smelly This is a beautiful place, it's well-located, and the staff is really nice. It's very clean, and the room is comfortable and well-appointed. The problem is that it is built around an indoor pool which creates a really dank odor. Apparantly in an attempt to freshen the air, strong cleaners were used, so there is really an overwhelming smell: combination of cleaners and pool It would be nice if there were some way to air out the building. It really needs some fresh air. (Our room was on the pool side of the hall. Possibly the rooms on the other side have windows that open??) July 4, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Make sure the A/C is working! The room door was a jar when we checked into our room, A/C was broken, internet was not properly working and kept disconnecting. Though the room was neat, clean and very comfortable bedding. You have to give the restaurant "Lucky's" a try. Amazing food, huge portions at reasonable prices. June 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Disappointed I don't usually post reviews, but I couldn't resist this. This hotel was in terrible shape! After driving for around five hours, We checked in and went to our room around 1:00pm. I went to turn on the sink to freshen up, and there was no water. I called the front desk, and was told it was turned off, but would be back on in about an hour. It was 4 hours before it was back on. Our air conditioner did not work, and we called and told the front desk. They wouldn't put us in a room that had working AC. So had no AC for the 4 days we were there. We had already paid, so didn't want to move hotels. The restaurant was loud and dirty. I ordered room service our last night there, and the order showed up incorrect and cold. I was on the second floor, so I would just take the stairs. The landing at the bottom of the stairs was crawling with ants. I stayed at this same hotel 25 years prior (literally), and the pool/gaming area is exactly the same. The hallways were dirty! I assumed it had been updated, as the pictures on their website indicated. I was very disappointed all around, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. June 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, musty room, poor internet After we turned on the ventilation system to our room, the mustiness did seem to get better. We feel the smell was related to the indoor pool and previous patrons tracking water onto the carpet. We attempted to use the computers in the business center; however, the internet was so slow that we were not able to complete the task we needed. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. June 27, 2015
