This was our third time staying at the Holiday Inn in Spearfish and once again we had a great experience. The hotel staff was accomodating and polite. We will be staying there again very soon. Also loved the fact that besides having coffee makers in the room, you could always get coffee in the hotel lobby 24/7. The restaurant is fabulous also. The kids eat free for hotel guests is a HUGE plus also.

Rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable..it is usually difficult to sleep throughout the night when traveling; but, I did not wake up once.

The day staff was extremely helpful, and the hotel is a very comfortable place. The beds are more comfortable than my own personal bed. The only area that might need attention is the young evening staff in the hotel lobby and the restaurant. We only needed a set of plastic silverware and they refused to give us any, even if we waited in the lobby because we only had socks on.

Its old. I had to change rooms twice, broken heater twice and broken lights once. better values elsewhere.

I was here for a conference and had a test afterwards. The rooms made it quite easy to study for the test, there was a nice desk to sit at to read. The food was excellent. I would stay here again.

The staff was excellent in their service and friendly attitudes. We were staying there with NPEA Retreat and we had a great time. We will be bringing our family back to stay with you again, hopefully soon. Thank you!

A really nice place to stay in a very nice little college/mountain town. The staff is excellent and the location is convenient for travel through the Black Hills.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bandy Nice Room Had a suite with 2 Tv's so we didn't get divorced, my wife watches dumb TV
A nice place to stay, nice suite room, nice bar (a little noisy in the bar) but there was a lot of young people. Food was good (not great) the rib eye could be thicker so that it can be more moist.
