We stayed one night with our small grandchildren, the staff was great, and the restaurant staff was terrific with the kids. The only downside was the pull out sofa, the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.
I will recommend this property to my friends, travelling through Trinidad. Great stay.

I have issue here EVERYTIME I stay here. I called ihg becouse, as a platinum member who spends over $300k in hotel stays every 6 months, getting my points are important to me. I don't seem to recive my points when I stay here 2-3 times a month. Talking with the general manager Pamala, was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service let alone a "general manager". This was such a bad experience I saved a copy of my phone call to show to the actual owners of the hotel. Had to talk to IHG who promptly issued my points wich Pamala said she would not give to me. Worst experience ever! Issues with room everytime we stay here too. There is always an excuse. Instead of blaming the customers why don't you try to fix the issues? First would be to revamp management.
