At first arrival, the place looked nice. Clean outside, and staff was courteous at the desk. However, in our room was another story.
We had a room with a king bed and pull out couch, and my wife and I used the bed, with our children on the couch. When we first walked in, my wife noticed some dog hair on the couch. Then, when we pulled out the bed for the kids to sleep on, we saw several dog toys, some pieces of cereal, and some dust bunnies under the couch. It appears it had not been cleaned in a long time under there.
As a result, my wife did not sleep well that night as she felt like we were in a dirty hotel room.
The hotel did clean our room much better the second day of our stay after we brought it to their attention, but that does not make up for the bad first night that we had.
The breakfast buffet that we ate in the mornings was good, and they provided good service in the eating area.

We stayed the weekend for a soccer tournament. There were lots of other kids and sports teams there, so it was a little crowded and noisy, but nothing I wasn't expecting. The hotel was very nice with a well-kept and nicely decorated room and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The location was nice--relatively close to everything we needed. We did have to go to the banquet rooms due to a tornado warning, but living in Oklahoma, we are used to that.

The Staff was great and treated us like royalty! Our room was on the top floor--on the end, where it was nice and quiet. Our room was very clean and spacious.
There was only one caveat. Because our room was on the top floor, it took over 10 minutes of running the water before it got hot. We did tell the Staff, and they did look into it, but couldn't do much about it. We were the only ones on the top floor the first night, but when others moved in on our floor on the second night, then the hot water came more quickly.
We stayed at a total of 5 Holiday Inns on our two-week trip, and this was THE BEST one of them all! Our thanks to and appreciation of the Staff there!

We were in town for a major surgery and thus a stressful time in our lives the staff helped in so many ways to ease our stresses. There were numerous things that presented with the room but they took care of the issues immediately and one couldn't ask for better.

Met my expectations. The room was nice and roomy. The front desk clerk was very helpful and let us check in early because they already had a room available.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by janeendech Dirty Rooms....but EXCELLENT staff.
My family and I recently stayed at this location for 3 nights. We had reserved 3 rooms. 2 regular rooms with 2 queen size beds each, then what we thought was a "suite." It was a room with 2 queen size beds then a separate bedroom with a king size bed and sharing one bathroom.. It was fine for what we needed it for which was mainly sleeping. It originally was supposed to be for my sister and her husband and my elderly parents. That didn't work for them b/c it was much smaller then the regular room with the 2 queen beds. Plus the regular room had a chair that my 82 yr old dad could relax in. It ended up working out just fine. The staff was SO helpful, SO friendly with everything we needed.
Now what was not good was the cleanliness of the rooms. The walls in our room were filthy. One had marks on it like from a pen or crayons, stains on them, dirt. It was disgusting. Just a good touch up on paint would have been good. The doors all had fingerprints on them like they were not wiped down from the previous person. After taking a shower the mirror had writing on it that appeared when it was fogged over, it was near the top of the mirror so that must not have been cleaned either. Then housekeeping must not pull out the night stands. There were sunflower seeds behind our night stand and a few other things. I let it go because it was super late when we arrived. I wiped down the rest of the room with lysol wipes just in case. I did take pictures but I don't see anywhere that I can attach them.
Other then the cleanliness of the rooms it was a decent stay. I think the beds were comfortable plenty of pillows. I would reccommend that housekeeping does a better job.

This was not the Holiday Inn I have experienced in the past, the room was spacious, up to date and comfortable. I felt very secure in the hotel and as a single woman, being able to come in late at night and sleep unconcerned is a very comforting thought.
I did have some challenges with the thermostat in the room and getting it a consistent comfortable temperature never happened, nor did figuring out how to turn on the shower. Both of these would most likely have been easily remedied if I had asked the front desk, but once I was ready to play for the day it simply skipped my mind. I was to eager to get out and have fun.
Based on this experience with Holiday Inn, I may try others and have in the past considered them a last resort, but this one was resort like and has left a positive impression on me about the brand.
