our stay was a great experience, the room was very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. pillows a little to fluffy for me but my wife liked them.
bathroom stocked appropriately and clean.
Overall excellent hotel, enjoyed the stay.

I've been traveling to Tulsa twice a year for the past seven years and have looked all over town for a good hotel that was clean and had the things I needed. Most hotels I've been to are "once and done". This place is great compared to others in the price range.

This was the number 1 rated hotel in Tulsa for many years and is still in great condition. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds and excellent staff. However, when we arrived on Thursday, our floor and room had some housekeeping issues. A brief discussion with the housekeeper resolved everything quickly! As I said, a great staff and great hotel. And still number one!

What a disappointment! Room was filthy! Bank of bathroom door had toothpaste on it, sink at mini-bar was loose. Torn carpet, dirty walls, coffee maker missing pieces so you couldn't use it. Headboard to bed hadn't been dusted in months. No tissues in tissue dispenser. Pool closed. I used points to pay for the room- thank goodness it was free, but I want those points back! No quality control for housekeeping. What a shame....this is a newer property.

We were just here for the holidays & as soon as my husband & I walked in, we wanted to leave & get a full refund! This was by far one of the the worst hotel experiences. Poor management & extremely poor housekeeping! The back entry door to the lobby was broken, the carpet in the lobby, our floor & our room was filthy. The beds in our room looked like a 2 year old made it, the bed skirt was tucked in, the headboards & furniture looked like they had never been cleaned, you could see soda or some kind of liquid markings all over the furniture. We had no complementary soap, shampoo & such & our towels were thrown on the bathroom bar. The room closet looked like it had been ripped off & the walls were dirty. This was the worst part of our Christmas vacation, we dreaded coming back here. It was a complete waste of money! Don't waste your time or money!

Very clean hotel. Staff were all very friendly and willing to help. In a nice looking area and close enough to the expressway for easy access but not within hearing of it.
