Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty Rooms....but EXCELLENT staff. My family and I recently stayed at this location for 3 nights. We had reserved 3 rooms. 2 regular rooms with 2 queen size beds each, then what we thought was a "suite." It was a room with 2 queen size beds then a separate bedroom with a king size bed and sharing one bathroom.. It was fine for what we needed it for which was mainly sleeping. It originally was supposed to be for my sister and her husband and my elderly parents. That didn't work for them b/c it was much smaller then the regular room with the 2 queen beds. Plus the regular room had a chair that my 82 yr old dad could relax in. It ended up working out just fine. The staff was SO helpful, SO friendly with everything we needed. Now what was not good was the cleanliness of the rooms. The walls in our room were filthy. One had marks on it like from a pen or crayons, stains on them, dirt. It was disgusting. Just a good touch up on paint would have been good. The doors all had fingerprints on them like they were not wiped down from the previous person. After taking a shower the mirror had writing on it that appeared when it was fogged over, it was near the top of the mirror so that must not have been cleaned either. Then housekeeping must not pull out the night stands. There were sunflower seeds behind our night stand and a few other things. I let it go because it was super late when we arrived. I wiped down the rest of the room with lysol wipes just in case. I did take pictures but I don't see anywhere that I can attach them. Other then the cleanliness of the rooms it was a decent stay. I think the beds were comfortable plenty of pillows. I would reccommend that housekeeping does a better job. May 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk staff This was not the Holiday Inn I have experienced in the past, the room was spacious, up to date and comfortable. I felt very secure in the hotel and as a single woman, being able to come in late at night and sleep unconcerned is a very comforting thought. I did have some challenges with the thermostat in the room and getting it a consistent comfortable temperature never happened, nor did figuring out how to turn on the shower. Both of these would most likely have been easily remedied if I had asked the front desk, but once I was ready to play for the day it simply skipped my mind. I was to eager to get out and have fun. Based on this experience with Holiday Inn, I may try others and have in the past considered them a last resort, but this one was resort like and has left a positive impression on me about the brand. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will not stay here again We had traveled to Tulsa for our Grandson's 5th Birthday. We booked two rooms for three nights. The hotel was dirty and in need of updating. The front staff although nice did nothing regarding the noise in the wall from a pipe that banged all day and night. The last night of our stay kids were running up and down the hall late in to the night and prank calling rooms. With all the hotels to choose from in Tulsa this will not be one we stay at again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location. I have stayed at this hotel before as this was my 3rd stay for a week. Last year upon arrival the first 2 rooms I was sent to were dirty and had not been made up and housekeeping was gone for the evening as I checked in after 6. This time I was only sent to one room that was not made up before receiving another room. Each time I have booked King rooms and have had to change to 2 standard beds due to not having anymore kings available. This time there was a King available but it was handicapped so they would not assign it to me. I love the little bar in the hotel and the restaurant has a great pub like menu to it. Overall I like this IHG property, just wish when I showed up I had the room I booked and it was ready. April 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and great TV Channels The room was clean and furniture nice. They had the best tv channels of any hotel I've ever stayed in, which was very nice even though we were only in the room a few hours. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows. April 22, 2015
