Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Experience Hotel staff was not accommodating - very dry when we checked in - did not greet us as a Priority Club member. Was inconvenienced later during the stay by the hotel staff. Hotel needs to look into how guests are greeted upon arrival and treated during their stay.. June 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay!!! Though this was just a one night stay, it was very pleasant. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel overall looked good with a few dings and blemishes here and there; but nothing too disconcerting. The young lady at the desk upon arrival was nice, as was the one when I checked out. I will be traveling to Tulsa quite often for business over the coming months and will likely stay at this property based upon my experience. May 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn At first arrival, the place looked nice. Clean outside, and staff was courteous at the desk. However, in our room was another story. We had a room with a king bed and pull out couch, and my wife and I used the bed, with our children on the couch. When we first walked in, my wife noticed some dog hair on the couch. Then, when we pulled out the bed for the kids to sleep on, we saw several dog toys, some pieces of cereal, and some dust bunnies under the couch. It appears it had not been cleaned in a long time under there. As a result, my wife did not sleep well that night as she felt like we were in a dirty hotel room. The hotel did clean our room much better the second day of our stay after we brought it to their attention, but that does not make up for the bad first night that we had. The breakfast buffet that we ate in the mornings was good, and they provided good service in the eating area. May 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Soccer weekend We stayed the weekend for a soccer tournament. There were lots of other kids and sports teams there, so it was a little crowded and noisy, but nothing I wasn't expecting. The hotel was very nice with a well-kept and nicely decorated room and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The location was nice--relatively close to everything we needed. We did have to go to the banquet rooms due to a tornado warning, but living in Oklahoma, we are used to that. May 20, 2015
