This visit the bar couldn't telecast the playoff baseball game but it's available in all of the rooms--should be on all TV's especially in the bar. Several folks left the bar for this reason. Also the "scrambled" eggs on breakfast buffet were exceptionally runny so I asked for 2 well-scrambled eggs, and I got 2 eggs that were only slightly less runny than the original ones--not much thought on the cook's part. Also this buffet is missing bacon--I asked for some and they wouldn't make it as part of my breakfast without charging extra--disappointing to say the least. Granted, these are trivial issues but small things add up, and may make me re-consider where I stay next time in Tulsa. October 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One small complaint...... The room was lovely and clean, although I agree with another reviewer about the lack of light in the bathroom. It was strangely dark. My comment is that when I was checking out, I asked if I could leave a piece of mail to go out today. The two desk clerks on duty looked at me like I was from another planet and said "we don't do that". That is a first for me - I have always left mail at hotels, most particularly Holiday Inn. It's a small thing to complain about it, I know, but when you are in a strange city, you really have no idea where to mail stuff and its not like they were real helpful and told me where a mailbox might be. No, it was just "we don't do that". You might want to consider doing it - every other Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at does it. It's a small, nice touch. October 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel in a good location stayed a week and enjoyed the hotel. restaurant is convenient and the food is a great value. Suites are comfortable for a longer stay however never seem to get an even temperature with the Air Conditioner. Air doesn't flow well between the two rooms so bedroom is very cold and livingroom is warm. In all it was a very comfortable stay and the location is handy to the highway, airport and shopping. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quick trip to Tulsa Very nice hotel on the south side of Tulsa. Deborah at the front desk was very friendly and efficient when she checked us in. All in all the room was comfortable but the carpet definitely needed a good cleaning. The bathroom lighting was terrible so my wife had to set at the desk to put on her makeup. I would stay hear again if we're ever in the area. October 14, 2014
