We've stayed here multiple times over the last 3 yrs. Good location, clean rooms, good staff.

The convenience of this property and spacious rooms makes this place a great place to stay and an exceptional value if your in the area. Skip the room service here and go out and explore the town. Lots of excellent restaurants within a couple miles of this property.

Front desk staff, especially Katie, was very accommodating. Made all the difference since my husband and I were there more than a week with a 1 and 4 year old.

Great Holiday Inn. Service was beyond expectations.
Special accommodations were made for our ice skaters, including great rates and earlier than usual opening of the breakfast bar so they could eat before early ice time. Rooms were very nice, baths were very clean. The lobby area was great. We would certainly reserve her again if in Tulsa for overnight. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Tulsa South.

I'd ordered room service and after about a half an hour, it never arrived. I called down to room service and she said that she couldn't deliver it to my room, because she was too busy, yet I could come down and pick it up, so I tried that, reluctantly. When I arrived downstairs, no one was in the rest./bar area?? I'm not sure if management has any idea that the employees are doing this or that the hotel itself is just that understaffed. I'd sent an e-mail to the hotel management company and I got NO reply. I guess they could care less whether they're doing a good job or not. Neither here nor there, I WON'T be staying at this hotel every again.

Our stay was very good. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was courteous. We had been on the road and it had been a long day and this was the perfect accommodation for us.
