Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Room met expectations. Hotel was undergoing renovation during visit so restaurant and bar were operated out of the common area outside the meeting rooms. It would have been nice to know before arriving, but the staff handled it reasonably well. November 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay This was my first time in Tyler. My stay at the Holiday Inn was excellent. I especially appreciated the courteous, friendly and attentive front desk. The staff of this hotel was altogether outstanding. I felt secure during the night, which is very important to me. The comfortable bedding, cooling, and overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom are great assets. November 3, 2014
