Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Air Conditioner did not work Dear Sirs, The air conditioner did not work, the room was so hot I had to sleep next to the air conditioner in the hall way. Staff stated there were no open rooms available. Iron did not work. Requested and received a different iron. Windows did not open. Requested my money back and night manager (Jake) stated he would give me 10,000 points of credit on my Priority Club account. Have not seen that credit. Very unhappy with HI at this location. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Motel should complete remodeling before opening for guests. The motel was almost finished with a remodel, but shouldn't have rented our room until it was complete. The bathroom was the worst. The door wouldn't close, there were no towel racks or toilet paper holder. The chair was new (I think), but was uncomfortable, had a stain on the ottoman, and smelled like someone had been sick there. I hope they will do something about the blower because it was very noisy and we couldn't get the room to a comfortable temperature. Also we kept getting dropped from the internet, had to sign in several times. Breakfast had a decent variety. My only complaint was the eggs, which really didn't taste like normal eggs. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed experience The staff were very helpful and our room was spacious and clean, but the hallways are very bright and the light from the hallway is visible all around the edges of the door all night long -- so it acts like a giant, unavoidable night light! I found it very difficult to sleep with the light streaming in. I've not had that experience in other Holiday Inns and would recommend that management find a way to seal around the doorways. Other than that, things were fine -- but since a good night's sleep is a bottom line in a hotel, this was fairly major for us. June 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An excellent stay This is my third visit, and I always get a warm, comfortable feeling when I arrive. Lots of attention to details - for instance, putting grounded outlets in the bases of all the table lamps, so it's easy to recharge your laptop. The complimentary breakfast continues to blow me away! Looking forward to another visit in the future. June 16, 2015
