Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Getaway We had a great visit. My two young children had their first experience staying in a hotel and they loved it. They didn't want to leave. The pool was a bit smaller than I had expected, and no hot tub, but it was still fun. Definitely worth it to get away for the night. October 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent value but the hotel is showing its age This hotel is a good value but it is not new like many other HI Expresses are. I've stayed at more than a dozen and this was the most worn. Many are very new and in good working order. This one needs a renovation. The beds are a bit hard for me. The room a/c was very difficult to get working in order to cool the room and then it got too cold. So hard to balance out. The bathroom showed lots of wear and tear with cracked tiles and peeling wallpaper. The desk was for pleasure and not work. The internet was very fast and reliable. The room had a microwave and large fridge and you could make food here easily. Plenty of outlets but some hard to find. Breakfast was very typical and fairly good (although we had one carton of spoiled milk in our visit). Very convenient to the highway and parking was not too far from the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In our double queen room there should have been four sets of bath towels but there were only three. And the amenities have been make smaller and with a new fragrance than what I'm used to from Holiday Inn Expresses. I liked the old vanilla spice scent. Hate the new one. October 21, 2014

The front desk is always quick and welcoming as well. My room was wonderful. The king suite was very roomy and comfortable after a long day of business. Thank you! October 20, 2014
