This facility was very clean, and the associate at check in was extremely nice and helpfull. I received the platinum upgrade and this stay was very nice. This facility does not have a hot tube which is a drawback after a long day, but I did the inroom whirl pool upgrade which was greatly appreciated.

The room was very nice and I found a welcome letter waiting for me when I got in. I thought that was a nice touch and the towel elephant was very creative. Nice place, I will stay there again.

Very nice room with clean linens and no bedspreads. Liked that. Checking in was a very pleasant experience, especially when I was offered a botle of cold water. Loved that! The only ding you get is that the room was a little pricey. It was a busy night, so I suppose demand dictates price.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. But whoever is in charge of breakfast needs to add a little more fluid to the scrambled eggs....they had the texture of sawdust. Other than that - nice play to stay!

TV was very difficult to click through the channels due to the dot channels - could not readily navigate from one channel up or down to another. Very confusing system.

our stay jan 11,12,13 was excellent. we made reservations for next year b4 we checked out. The staff worked with us on any questions or requests. Nolan was exceptional as was the rest of the staff. I did miss a hot tub but i lived. we'll see you next year.

If you are looking for a home away from home, this stay was one of the best I've experienced in a long time. The courtesy and down home feel started when I walked in the door and the staff there was so polite and professional. Just a great "home" I think anyone would enjoy and be able to experience the same quality I did every single day. Thank you!
