Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Wonderful stay!! I have never been more pleased with a hotel company in my life. Jessica was wonderful, when she checked us in she also informed us about the rewards system. She wasn't pushy but had so much information we were comfortable with signing up and giving out our info! What a great deal! She was also so bubbly and so happy even when we left to go eat she still acknowledged us being there. She was beyond a super star at customer service. I would also like to acknowledge Wendy. She was by far the funniest person we encountered all weekend. She made sure we had enough food to eat and was just so cheerful and happy to have her job. My husband had gotten a juice out of the machine that seemed watered down, but before we caught on to it, Wendy did and immediately changed the machine and got him a new one. I really appreciate the customer service this hotel has to offer. The room was very clean and easy to feel at home with. Not like some old warn down hotels with carpets from the 80s. I was very very pleased with everything. Thank you for making us feel like guest and not customers!!! February 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room should not have been issued We were initially assigned a room that had obviously just had water damage. There was damp-rid in the room, dust all over the place from recent drywall work. The room smelled moldy. I was very disappointed with this. They eventually got us another room, but this would lead me not to recommend this hotel again. I was very disappointed. January 24, 2015

My teenager was disappointed that the pancake machine was sitting on the counter in the breakfast area, but when we inquired we were told that it was not working. January 22, 2015
