Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid if you need internet Internet was almost impossible to use. Extremely slow and frequent disconnects. They really need to upgrade their equipment. I can remember 56K modems being faster than this hotel! The internet made what could have been a good experience a very bad one. When you have work to do you depend on a reliable internet connection. This hotel is in a college town....they should have fast internet! September 15, 2014

I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone that prefers old fashioned customer service and quality for their money. Thanks for the great stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent, but undergoing renovations Hotel is decent, but no "WOW" factor. Signs indicate it is being renovated. Halls smelled musty and room A/C did not function properly. Room was very clean, no dust. TV would not operate with either remote or on/off switch on unit. September 13, 2014

Heather was the first person I meet at front desk. she was very nice very helpful during my stay and check out. Keep that smile on Heather thanks for all your help. Justin was the next person I meet. He came from behind front desk, He was very nice and had nice smile on too.the fact that I spoke back by saying his name I know it made him feel good.thanks for all your help Justin. Went to room it was very clean and nice smell when I walked in.room was a little small. I was leaving out room, someone ask was everything ok,u need anything I turned around it was Julia Parks very nice also nice smile on her face too thanks for all your help. I meet Tammy she ask would I like my room clean I yes.she was just very nice always smile my room was nice and clean begin to end thanks so much Tammy for all u do.Hotel work is hard work u all keep doing your best. u never know who looking at u .u are why I will be back. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Went the extra mile I needed food warmed up for my tailgate and due to metal containers I couldn't use my microwave. The kitchen staff warned my food in their kitchen warming drawers. So thankful! The staff goes the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. September 3, 2014
