As an older woman traveling alone for this visit, I felt safe and relaxed staying here. The staff was attentive and helpful. I would definately stay here when visiting Austin again. The rooms were very nice and I enjoyed having the availability of a fridge and microwave.

Great, comfortable room for us and our grand-kids who we always pick up when we get to Austin. Love the pillow choices. Great pool and spa. Love the free breakfast, especially the cheese omelets! Location works well for us. Good price. Nice freebies for PC members.

After the first night of our stay we left the room at approximately 10:30am and did not return that evening until around 11:00pm. When we got to the room the lock bar was flipped over and the door was open and unlocked. I reported this to the front desk and was told they didn't know why the door was open. I didn't expect them to know but I said I would hope they would let the manager know about the incident. I was told they would make a note of it. The following day I expected to be contacted by the manager. When I wasn't I talked to the front desk attendant and inquired as to whether the manager was around and whether he/she was aware of the open door. I was told the manager was "somewhere" in the hotel and she thought the manager had read the note about the door. I said I thought I would have gotten some response. She said she would check and make sure he knew about it. I was at the hotel for one more night and never heard anything from anyone about the open door. I feel there should have been some contact from management about the open door. At least an apology which I barely got from the front desk after reporting the incident for the third time.

So pleased at the spaciousness of the queen suite and even more delighted when the pull out sofa actually had a comfortable mattress for my kids to sleep on. At other hotels they would advertise pull out sofas but they were usually of terrible quality and it was impossible to sleep comfortably on them. Not true here! Great breakfast - love having the option of purchasing items from the pantry during the day. Friendly staff and very clean hotel!!

I recently stayed at this place while in town to visit my son and participate in the Spartan Sprint in Burnet. I made my reservations on the spur of the moment and could be the reason the rates were a bit high. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and very clean. the breakfast was ok, I mean what can you expect, much better than doughnuts.
I highly recommend

Originally, was visiting area for four days. Arrived a day early. Staff assisted with the adjusment in schedule. Members were helpful in negotiating Austin area for food and services. Food was plentiful and hot. Suite was large and confortable. Had no trouble sleeping.
