Stayed in this hotel many times, some with better experience than others but never below good.
Staff is sometimes not good, once I asked for a doan pillow they always give me, they say sure, never receive it, I call 3 times.
When ask for upgrades as platinum generaly they say no, and the last 2 times they say I'm a gold member in their system and I'm a Platinum, I have re check all the times.
Once I by mistake arrive to the this hotel instead of the Holiday Inn express, I told them my mistake, ask if they could have my lougage while I have lunch at THEIR restaurant and they refuse because I was not a guest!! COME ON!!!!
Other than that, good hotel. Please do check your staff.

I like the hotel but the front desk staff was very poor at treating a reservation mix up that should have been handled internally without involving the guest to the point of wasting hours and getting me in a bad mood. The reservation was confirmed online for 5 nights before I arrived to the hotel. During my stay at the hotel, I received a phone call from the front desk telling me to
"take my belongings out, there is absolutely no rooms available so I must vacate and find another hotel on my own" because my stay was only supposed to be for 2 nights. I asked them how can it be and spent a couple of hours at the front desk with the manager in duty and a representative from ihg.com. The representative from IHG.com was very courteous at explaining to the front desk manager that online it states that my reservation was for 5 nights.
The treatment just went done the drain after that last incident was sorted out with IHG.com. The second incident happen when I tried to check out, the front desk manager cornered me at the gate and would not let me leave with my rental automobile. I took this very personal because first I am a royal platinum ambassador, second they had my credit card on file and third the manager was very rude. This was a bad experience all around and hope that other people that might want to stay in this hotel don't get the front desk manager's bad temper.
