The staff is always helpful and accessible, rooms always clean, and the hotel decor is fresh and modern. We can depend on HIE Boone, and will be back next year, thank you! May 7, 2013

The Holiday Inn Express in Boone is one of the most comfortable stays I have ever experienced. It started after a long day of travel, the night desk person greeted me with a warm smile and welcoming attitude. During my stay I needed some assistance in the "Business Office", and was quickly assisted. My room was clean and always very comfortable. Like the Terminator said, "I'll be back". April 25, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water for two days Hotel staff and housekeeping staff were awesome! We stayed over a second night because I became very ill. We had told the front desk on the first day that we had no hot water and was told they were working on it. The second day we still did not have hot water. Checked out on day three and was unable to take a hot shower after being ill. The hotel was nice and I would stay there again if they have hot water. April 23, 2013
