Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Front Desk Service When my wife and I arrived we were greeted by a wonderful lady who helped with a speedy and early check-in for us. This gave us extra time in Boone that we really needed to site-see and get our zip lining adventure done on the day we arrived. This small gesture meant a lot to us. We have now started looking for a Holiday Inn First as we travel . Great job Holiday Inn express Boone NC. July 29, 2015

Breakfast selection was nice and replenishment of food items was efficient. Overall a very nice stay. July 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good time at Boone As usual (I stay here once or twice a year now) this was a good visit; clean, good customer service, nice room etc. I wish they could improve the breakfast - which is functional, though boring, and the sausage and/or bacon is typically very greasy. However given that this sadly seems to be the norm at these kinds of places my expectations are not very high. July 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff Your staff was friendly and courteous upon arrival and greeted us warmly. I came back to the desk to ask if they had a map of the area. Elizabeth asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We had come to check out mountain real estate. She suggested some areas that might be of interest and marked them on the map. The second day we came back to the room mid afternoon and the couple in the adjoining room were having a domestic issue. The night before they had kept their TV on loud enough for us to hear in the next room until 12:30 - 1. So we went to the front desk to ask about another room. There was no problem and found us an upgraded room for the next night. All was quiet there! The cleaning staff was very friendly and cheerful. The breakfasts the two days we were there were varied and much appreciated. There was something for everyone. Location of hotel was good as well. July 5, 2015
