I travel all over the US and if I had to come back to Bradford, I would choose to stay in the next town over and drive 40 minutes than to stay here again and not sleep. October 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay I enjoyed this new hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean feeling. I liked the set up and comfort of them. Breakfast was decent better than most continental breakfasts. I was disappointed in the work out facility. The room was tiny and there are only 3 machines. The only treadmill was broken. There is a YMCA less than a mile away so I went there. Also, beware that there are train tracks on the back end of the building so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room facing the front of the building. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives. I would and will stay here again. October 19, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Signage We arrived at the Hotel in the dark from Alleghany State Park (not off the highway). The hotel was difficult to find because there was no sign at the street entrance. Very comfortable bed. The plastic cover on the mattress made it hot to sleep - this is the only negative. The choice of soft or firm pillows was wonderful. An excellent breakfast. Clean room and common areas. October 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, helpful and courteous I had booked the hotel on the HIE website, and I guess,, failed to get the proper Customer rate for my client. When I arrived (at midnight), I informed the clerk that I need my Customer's corporate rate and they said they cannot correct the problem as I booked this on the website and the site had already charged me for the room for the entire reservation... I asked what if I cannot stay the full week? Am I going to get charged for the whole week... they said, um yes and there was nothing they were allowed to correct. as it .appeared they did not have "permissions"/ But the next day, Stephanie, went to work on this and corrected this website fiasco. The hotel is lovely and in brand new condition. It is near to restaurants for meals other than breakfast. The breakfast was complete and replenished regularly. All and all a great stay.
