Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great servive My overall experience was fantastic and would definable recommend as well come back again if ever we were visiting Bradford. To begin with I only needed 2 rooms next to one another which we got thanks to the manager Waqas. On the day we required another room which again the manager was great as he managed to book and find a sofa bed. The reviews from December had made us cautious however wee did not experience any problems! The rooms were clean, spacious and very warm taking into account the recent cold weather. Slept rather well and would definitely return with my family :-) April 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent City Centre Location Excellent & Friendly Reception Staff. I stayed in this Hotel for business and found the staff to be very pleasant and nothing too much trouble. I stayed for 3 nights and a bit of an issue with housekeeping as my room had not been cleaned. Not a major issue but I needed clean towels for shower. Reception staff however very accomodating. As a prospective long term business user maybe it would be nice to have a choice of bacon or sausage. For guests staying the weekend this I believe would enhance their stay. Overall I would recommend and I was also impressed by the security in that to access the bedrooms a room key was needed to access the floor as well as the room itself. As a single female traveller I felt the area was safe which is a major issue for returning from late meetings,nights out etc. Another bonus for me was internet access. My one criticism would be that I found the room to be a little chilly on an evening (but is was in the middle of the dreadful unexpected snowfall.) If irons are available I would suggest that there could be some provision made to borrow a small room heater. Improvements for me would be to upgrade the TV's to include more Freeview chanels this is maybe not so much an issue for the holiday guest but as a business user it would be nicer to have more choice. Having said that there is always accesss to the internet if you have your computer/tablet. Overall I am looking to stay weekly at this hotel for the next 6 months and this is something I would not contemplate if I was not happy with the service and standards. April 3, 2013
