The maids left cleaning material (feather duster and rags) in the room after they cleaned. They also did not throw away empty bottles. They left a dirty wash cloth on the bathtub. The staff is still very friendly an helpful but the maid stuff cannot be overlooked. This is usually one of my favorite hotels but not the last trip..

I stay there a lot and the only change I would make was to make it non smoking. Really the only time it bothers me is in the hallways. Just a personal choice. I still like to stay there as it is convenient and no problems.

This was an awful experience for my family! I had booked/requested a nonsmoking room & noted that we were arriving late. The only room left was a smoking room. It smelled awful. We couldn't even circulate air because the AC was broken. We had to crack open the window but that left us cold because it was the first evening that a cold front had come thru Texas. My nephew ended up coughing for days!
We didn't rest much and left as early as we could so that we could stop breathing in the nasty smell.
We paid to much for the little rest and miserable experience.
Be careful to choose this place.

I asked for non smoking room I was put on third floor the whole third floor smelled like an ashtray to include my room. TV did not work. I was not greet as a member although I gave her my card. If this was my first HIE , I would never stay at another one.

This location was perfect for our road trip to Nebraska. We could not make advance reservations, as we could not depart until I got home from work, and we never know what Austin traffic will be like on the way up I-35, so the ability to make a late reservation with Priority Club amenities was of inestimable value to us.

The staff was lots of fun and very helpful at the free happy hour. Social time with other guests made time away from home less painful. The snacks were a very nice treat.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, both times we had fantastic service from the staff at the Burleson hotel. This last time we returned from dropping our son of at TCU to a drunken individual passed out cold in the hall right outside of our room. The manager handled the incident promptly and with an extreme patience. The rest of our stay was quiet. The hotel offers a pretty good breakfast spread and it is clean and comfortable.
