We had made reservations at another hotel months before arrival only to find that our "smoking" rooms were not available. We sought other locations and Holiday Inn Express still had smoking room. I will be faithful to Holiday Inn Express wherever we travel for this single purpose. The staff and service was excellent

Room itself was great and comfortable. Staff not so much. We were assigned a room and it was occupied. Scared my daughter who went up before me to use the bathroom and someone was already in the room. I think if the staff was stable this would have not happened! I was only offered another room, no discount on the room itself. I had booked a queen suite and got a king suite instead. I had myself and 2 children. The queen was what I was needing.

The hotel was clean and very accommodating. The desk clerk was nice and could tell she liked her job.
The breakfast was ok. missed the waffles. over all very nice stay.

leider konnte kein Nichtraucherzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden, obwohl dieses bei der Reservierung angegeben wurde. Personal freundlich , Frühstück typisch Amerikanisch mit Muffins und Pancake

Hotel is usually booked full do to construction of factories in the city, make reservations early as possible.
People that work there are nice and try to accommodate most everything. I've stayed here multiple times. The rooms are tired looking, but clean.

I travel for sales. I have never been treated as well as i was treated at this Hotel. The Staff was incredible. We came in needing 7 rooms. It was very busy at the time, but the staff did a great job with all or our request. There was one oops when a room had been missed getting cleaned, Jonathan the Manager and one other, with out hesitation, grab the cleaning supplies and had it taken care of in minutes. I will highly recommend this Holiday Express!!

Maybe just a bad experience but here were the problems we experienced:
Double bookings leading to hostile guests and management not properly trained to conflict resolve, resulting in my team and parents witnessing poor management and verbally violent situation
Over one hour to check in (after being waited on)
Multiple parent room issues (lights wouldn't work in a room, one parent walked in on another guest because hotel gave them a key to a room already occupied)
Security Problem (key to one of my girls rooms was issued to a random guest and the girls were terrified when someone was trying to get in their room at 12:30 at night. I had to resolve by requesting no new keys be issued for our room numbers, no identification was requested)
Billing was wrong. Overcharged twenty dollars on one room for no apparent reason.
