The front desk staff were exceptional and welcoming! The breakfast was excellent! First time having pancakes, most places have the waffle maker. And BACON! October 11, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Experience I was invited to give this review. I had hoped you would not ask my opinion. I am an old Hotel Man from years ago. Here are the facts: HAD to have a first floor room for two nights. Did not request a change of room for this reason. Was assigned the room next to the exercise room. Intense smell when entering the room. It was either moldy carpet or animal urine. So very noticeable when entering the room that I can't imagine why this room would be sold to a customer in this condition. Room had been cleaned in every other way. At breakfast, 6 coffee urns, all empty at 7:30. Only one visible employee for the front desk and breakfast area. No possible way for them to keep up. No fresh fruit either day. Based on the parking lot, a very busy Hotel. This seems to be a troubled property. September 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by End of our relationship I checked in and went to my room to find a broken, stained couch. I could have lived with that. But there was also a very strong odor of mold in the room. I have stayed here almost exclusively in the last 2.5 years when I travel to Burlington for business, and have had no prior problems. I was offered a Febreeze plug in and some extra reward points by the manager but was told that they were fully booked and could not change my room. But she assured me that changes are coming since the hotel was recently sold. Wondering how that was supposed to help me right now. I left to run an errand, and when I got in my car, I could smell the mold odor on my hair and my clothes. I had only been in the room for an hour. Tried to be a good sport but asked again about changing rooms. We're sorry......Left for the another hotel and canceled my next 2 reservations. In my opinion if they had no rooms they should have paid for me to stay somewhere else. Totally unacceptable. Sad. September 6, 2015
