Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Burlington Stay The hotel stinks of mildew and they have chose to use air fresheners in the common areas rather than solve the problem. It has been this way for the 4 years I've been traveling to the area, but is a company "preferred" motel. If I had a choice, I would not stay at this Holiday Inn, even if I had to drive further. Food choices are very limited compared to other Holiday Inns. March 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service The stay was great. Staff here always friendly and willing to help at anytime. Very close to restraunts and entertainment. Bed was very comfortable to get a good nights rest. Room are very nice. Over all the stay was good. If I did come back to this area I would definitely want to stay here. March 24, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by IHG Points!!! If IHG had another hotel in the area I would stay there. This place has gone downhill the last couple of years. Staff is always new, breakfast is not always fresh. Rooms have a lot of construction workers staying there and have not been deodorized enough. The company I work for pays for my room, so If I didn’t get my IHG points I would stay somewhere else. Just disappointed because I know what a Holiday Inn is supposed to be like. I absolutely love Holiday Inn but this location is at the very bottom of my places to stay. March 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Suprisingly Dissappointed I travel to the area monthly and have been staying at a different chain for the past year but thought I'd give the Holiday Inn a try for something different. I haven't been overly impressed with the Other hotel. I am an Elite member of both due to my travel for work and have enjoyed stays at both brands all over the world. Unfortunately my experience at the HIE in Burlington was not the usual standard I have come to rely on from Holiday Inn. I had a nice room with living room, 2 queen bedroom and a kitchenette. There was an overall lack of furniture in the bedroom area, it could use a couple of chairs and a table to set stuff on, the WiFi was very slow, the TV in the bedroom was missing the power cord and the shower curtain in the bathroom was broken so water went all over the floor when taking a shower. While these weren't positives for the hotel the real reason for my rating is that on day 1 when I told the front desk about the shower curtain and power cord for the TV, they weren't addressed or fixed in anyway during my entire stay. It's not so bad to have a problem, it is bad to not address it. Back to the other hotel for me.... March 15, 2015

They were very helpful and showed true concern. My jewery was found and they staff had great customer service. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel:) March 1, 2015
