Clean enough although the bathroom had a lot of long hairs on the floor, only one tissue was left in the box, and the hotel is beginning to show some wear. I thought the nightly price was pretty high considering the condition and location. December 6, 2014

Bathroom amentities were less than what I have expenienced at other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. Staff wasn't as friendly as other Holiday Inn Hotels where I have stayed. I reserved standard rooms but was put in room with microwave and refrigerator. Not sure if this was the reason for the increase in price, but I had reserved standard rooms and expected that in price. I was not greeted as a Priority Club Rewards member and still have not received points for my stay. Sorry but I would not reccomend this hotel to my friends and family. December 2, 2014

They also called me a couple days before the check in to upgrade the guest room without any extra charges. Awesome room, we really like the separated room for children. November 29, 2014

I was very disspointed that despite reviews, the staff was not friendly and the room itself was less than satistactory. The room smelled musty and had a large air purifier running on the desk. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment After a long day of travel, we stopped at the Holiday Inn Express (as it is always my number one choice). All we wanted to do was get to the room and order some pizza and sleep. When I called down to the front desk to inquire about pizza availability she said there was two in the area and they were within 5 minutes. I asked for the telephone numbers and she said that she did not know them and I would have to look it up in the phone book. Additionally, when I asked about how to get to the pizza palor, she said that she did not know that either that it was only in the next town, by the way was more than 5 minutes. One other thing was the way the front desk clerk was dressed; the uniform was too large, and her demeanor was less than ethusiastic I will not recommend this stop to anyone, nor will I stop there again. In my book this service and hotel gets a 3 star. November 18, 2014
