Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great room / lousy A/C It was the stopover we needed for a few hours rest before going on home. We had a flawless booking experience through IHG Rewards over the phone 30 mins. before we stopped. Check-in was smoothly and we found the roon to be a nice upgrade. When we tried to cool the room to a comfortable temperature, the A/C did not work properly. We were too tired to call the desk and be ask to change rooms. The fan worked but it was excessively loud and bothered us all night. It was a very tiring next day because of a poor night's sleep. Unusual for HIE. May 10, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not given room reserved When traveling with a 94 year old with a walker, you need to make reservations in advance to ensure a handicapped room and the number of beds needed. Having done this, I was surprised to be given a room with only one bed and a suite that included a pull out sofa bed, coffee table 2 chairs and a round table with an extremely narrow hallway and walkway into the room. The front desk was bordering on snippy as she tried to tell me I got the room I reserved and that there were 2 beds with the sofa. If we had attempted to use the pull out you would not be able to use the bathroom at night. How crazy was that?!! As it was, I had to move furniture so the walker could clear a path to the bathroom. The height of the tub made it impossible to use for the shower. They installed multiple grab bars but they were of no use in getting in and out of the tub. April 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable The staff, including the cleaning crew, were friendly and responsive. The phone in our room did not work at first, but it was fixed shortly after we reported the problem. The towel rack in the bathroom fell, but, again, it was fixed promptly. This property is a comfortable, reliable place for us to stay year after year. April 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Good The place seemed dirty, especially in the room itself. Maybe it is in need of an update but everything looked old. TV remotes were missing and breakfast was too crowded to participate. We wound up leaving and eating out. April 21, 2015
