Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Early morning flight Needed a few hours rest before an early morning flight. The room was pretty much what you'd expect, the bed though, was past its best. I did manage some 'broken' sleep, not helped by the need to catch an early flight or the bed, which closely mimicked the turbulence later experienced during the flight. Still, better than a very early journey to the airport in December. December 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, clean hotel, good location, friendly, helpful staff Needed to stay overnight to be able to get to an interview on time the following day. Arrived late at night approx. 11:30 was checked in very quickly by helpful front desk staff. Room was clean and comfortable with good lighting, no noise from airport or neighbours. Breakfast is serve yourself from 4:30am to 9am - buffet consists of cereal, toast, pastries, some fruit and a few hot breakfast items eg sausages. Also hot drinks and juice machine. Check out was handled well and front desk called for a taxi to get to my interview and gave me the number. Spent time in the Great Room (lounge like area - sofas, tv, pool table) waiting for the taxi - clean and comfortable. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay smooth and easy, highly recommend and would be happy to stay again. December 13, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Charged double the amount I was quote My bill was double the amount I had quoted I had booked 2 rooms and despite ringing to check when I arrived I was told there was only 1 booked for me. There were in fact 2 booked but the Manager's attitude to the member of staff trying to sort it out for me was awful I had booked one room with a sofa bed which wasn't made up and again the Manager was quite rude when I was trying to sort it out I have registered a complaint but have yet to have it resolved - I have stayed in Holiday Inns a lot in recent times but may have to revert to my previous chain if the matter is not resolved for me December 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was great Had a really positive experience at the hotel however the parking could be better in so much on calling hotel was told no driver and had to wait for a cab to arrive from near by Barry. Given hotel has arrival details (and there were a large number of people) begs question why cab/minibus not waiting as anyone can access live arrivals on the internet. It does take about 45 mins between wheels down and collecting luggage December 11, 2014
