Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Less than I expected When I travel I hope to find someplace that will seem like home, someplace that make traveling less of a hassle. This was not the case here. Arriving at the hotel they did upgrade me to a suite at no charge which was an unexpected bonus. But unfortunately it ended there. The first thing that I did upon my late arrival was turn on the TV, but was unable to find the network I was looking for even though it was listed on the in room directory. Staff came to my room and said that the directory was outdated, but were unable to give me a current one. Once I knew the proper channel I was again disappointed that the many of the digital channels were not working. I was told that this sometimes happens but there was nothing the staff could do about it. Finally, after unpacking I went to plug in my computer to the outlet next to the bed only to find that the outlet did not work. So I was unable to lay in bed and work as I had hoped to. The digital channels that I wanted to watch never did work. This was pretty much a three strikes and your out experience for me. I doubt that I will stay here again. February 23, 2015

Disappointed to learn Troy the early evening front desk guy will be leaving. He was always an asset to the hotel. Doug was very nice also. Wings were good at the managers reception. January 27, 2015
