The extra things the staff does such as evening reception, always upgrading for Platinum members, helpful suggestions for dining and even allowing to leave car when flying out of the CR airport makes this one of my favorite Holiday Inns and I stay in HI's in four states. Troy has to be one of the very best front desk persons of any of the hotels I stay in for the same reasons listed above plus he always talks sports with me. November 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by size of the room I feel that the rooms are very small, we had a two Queen bed room and needed a roll away for a child. The room was way to small to use the roll away with out us moving other furniture around. I asked if there was a larger room and was told that all the two Queen rooms were the same. When I reserved the room and told them I would need a bed for a child they could have told me that the rooms were to small to hold an extra bed. November 5, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CR Visit Extremely friendly and nice individual on check in - He is the only person in all of my stays that recognized there are two people for the room and gave us double the items in the "goody bag" - all HIE should do this! Excellent breakfast with additional Danish rolls available - quick but nice stay. Great water pressure in shower. No upgrade and no mention if one was available - becoming a bad habit at HIE.
