The staff was friendly and helpful. Found us a room for 4 at 10;30 in the evening. Room was warm and inviting with all the amenties expected with a Holiday inn express. The bathroom was clean with nice big towels and plenty of hot water good water pressure. The in room coffee was ok. The brekfas t in the dinning room had plenty of selection. I will stay at this hotel again.

As always, I was greeted respectfully and enthusiastically by the reception staff. The hotel manager is the best in the business...always making us feel like family. The gentleman host for breakfast in the great room is like family as well. The housekeeping staff was, as usual, courteous, thorough, respectful and attentive.

Room was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and a nice selection was available.

The Front Desk Clerk needs a class in having a positive attitude and handling frustrated customers. While waiting to be helped, he answered a phone call. Everything he told the customer had a negative response; I can't do that, that isn't possible; you have to wait until the day you are arriving; there is no way to do that, etc... He could have handled this call so much better. Then, we came without reservations and he made me go online on my phone and make a reservation before he could give me the online rate.
Otherwise, our night at this hotel was pleasant. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

the staff at this hotel go out of their way to help with any issues....my flight was cancelled and they worked with me to get me a room at the last minute and went to great extremes to address my travel issues.
