Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NA Hi Positive- GREAT staff Great service Negative Nicotine odor has to be eliminated- ashtrays next to entrances has to be removed.Please be aware this hotel is serving families who are caring for their loved one at the hospital. They should not be welcomed by this smell. Overall, great experience good job! October 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant hotel in attractive setting The staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs like the shuttle service that arrived on time at the airport, and a brief check in experience. The room was comfortable and there were no distracting noises in the hallway. The breakfast service was neatly prepared with usual breakfast foods. Check out was smooth. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always satisfied I have stayed here every time I have come to Long Island (3 times now) and am always satisfied- the only time there was an issue (given room with 1 king instead of 2 queens) they apologized and immediately fixed the problem. I noticed at this last visit, that many of the workers are the same ones I have seen each time I have been there over the last year- I feel like that is a good sign. The breakfast is probably one of the best hotel provided breakfast bars I have had. The only "negative" is that I have never had them even mention I am an IHG member....it is not even something I would have usually thought about except that apparently it is something they are supposed to acknowledge!
