The motel was nice and conveniently located to the school. The breakfast was hot and sufficiently stocked. Check in and out was easy.

We enjoyed our two day stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. No matter what time we came in, they always had a nice greeting.
The only problem we had was that there is no sign by the road. The only sign was for the Hampton so we passed the place and then had to turn around. Another couple came into the lobby with us and thought they were in the Hampton.

We stayed here prior to a Doctor's appointment at UNC-CH. It is a smaller hotel and was a little difficult to locate but the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

It's a OK hotel for short stay. The front desk was not that friendly. They got my booking wrong.

The front desk person named Jeff was awesome. Very personable and very helpful about questions of the area and any needs while at the hotel. My wife and I were very pleased to see someone so enthusiastic on the job. We also liked the cookies that were provided by the hotel for the guests. When we come back we will definitely stay at this hotel. Just a note to management. Please give Jeff a bonus or gift card or something!!!!!!!

We had one of the two very nice King Executive rooms. Our door was secluded from the main hall of rooms. It was, however, across from the elevator and fire exit door. We could hear people slamming the exit door all through the night. We reported it to the desk the next morning and she said she was very sorry, but did not offer any compensation, not even IHG Reward Club Member points. There should be something that can be done to soften the noise on the door, for example, padding cushions on door framing and slower closure. Otherwise the stay was very nice.

Shower had great water pressure. Bed very comfortable.
I liked the convenience of exit doors at parking. I liked the woodsy area of the outside.
