I've already explained that my room smelled of cigarette smoke. I was tired, the staff member was sick, and I didn't want to hassle with changing. November 10, 2014

After a prior visit, I was inspired to write a review complaining about several issues including poor breakfast food and service, and equipment that didn't work in the fitness room. Management called me and carefully listened to my concerns. I stayed last week again for six days and every issue has been corrected. It was a great, great stay! No microwave at the breakfast bar to warm up coffee or food.(Unless I just totally missed the location of it). Small stuff though. Overall, we had a good stay. October 27, 2014
