Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by all excellent except the bed Everything about this hotel was equal to or better than expected, except for the bed. The mattress was quite comfortable but the covers were two sheets and an intermediate item which I believe is called a duvet. The combination of all three was both hot and heavy. The single sheet by itself was not warm enough. There was no blanket to add to the sheet to make it warm enough, just a light, half-size throw. Also, there were four pillows to choose from: two soft and two firm. However, all four were excessively thick and held one's head too high. This is very excessive nit-picking for such a fine hotel, but those are the only complaints I can make! March 4, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Overnight Stay I have stayed at this HIE before with good results. This trip I found a slow drain in the bathroom sink, but it was not that big of a deal. I tried using the exercise equipment, but only 2 of the 4 pieces they had were operable and I had to wait in line. Overall, it was a great, clean place to stay and I will stay there again. It was just disappointing that the exercise equipment was not in proper running condition. I really would like to have ridden on the recumbent bike. February 23, 2015

The breakfast allowed for a lot of choices. the room was clean and the heating/air system was very quiet. Didn't wake me during the night. Thermostat on the wall controlled the unit.
