Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, good breakfast, great location This hotel is right across the street from the casino, so no need to drive. The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was better than expected. We will stay here again. May 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location - hotel staff less than attentive We stayed there 3 nights, Mid-May. Our room was fine and comfortable. We were a little surprised that the pool and pool area was closed. No water in the pool and the pool are closed off so we couldn't enjoy sitting outside. All the other hotels we saw in the area all had their pools filled and usable. We were a little turn off immediately the first morning by the attendant keeping the breakfast area full and cleaned. She acted like she didn't want to get additional hot food when asked. My wife and I both thought this rude. In-addition, I mistakenly left some library books in the night stand at check out. I called the hotel the next evening after checking out and returning home. They told me they would get the books sent right out (COD - which was fine). Two weeks have gone by so I called this hotel again yesterday and left a message to return my call. This didn't happen. So I called again today. Just to find out the books are still at the hotel and have not been sent. I still have not received a call back from this hotel's staff / manger. This hotel is in a good location but the hotel staff need a lot of work on customer relations. May 27, 2015

Easy to book on line, easy check-in, and great breakfast included in the price. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We stay here when visiting the casino and cannot book a room there. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Hotel and Staff Only had 2 small complaints, the mattress in my room needed replacement, it was very "springy" I could feel the springs when I first sat on it, however, I was so tired I didn't complain. Secondly, I had to ask the front desk after getting my bill to add my reward number and points to my Priority Club membership. Great hotel, would recommend. May 24, 2015
