They chose to stay at the Casino and were surprised at our choice at first, but after seeing our room they vowed to change location on their next trip due to value and overall appearance of this Inn.. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worse Experience of all My Travels We arrived early and were greeted poorly. The lady who handled check-ins was not at the desk and when I found her, she acted as if I had interrupted her personal time and hardly spoke, mumbling something about lunch. After walking by me with barely a grunt, she informed me that they did not allow early check-in and they were way too busy to be bothered with that. She could not help us and we need to leave. (You should know there were exactly three cars in the entire parking lot so I am not sure what was meant by they were too busy.) In a harsh tone she said, "Do not return until after 2 :30." My husband tried to lighten the situation with a comical comment and another gentleman who worked there just replied with a rude comment, that came off as racial (my husband and I are an inter-racial couple and I have never seen someone glare at us the way these two individuals did, nor have I heard a directed racial comment like this man made). These staff members made us so uncomfortable that when we returned at 2:30 (exactly) I asked if it were possible to cancel our second night. I think this made the lady and gentleman realize how they had been perceived. I was allowed to cancel the second night. After that was handled, the service seemed to drastically improve. But there was no excuse for the degree of rudeness we experienced. July 21, 2014

OUR AC UNIT MADE A LOUD NOISE THE FIRST NIGHT ALL NIGHT SO THE NEXT MORNING MY HUSBAND TALKED TO THEM AND THEY COULD NOT FIX SO PUT IN A NEW UNIT. BUT THE MATTRESS WAS VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. NEEDS A NEW MATTRESS!!! July 21, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Unable to Relax On July 17th, 2014 after a LONG day of riding on a touring motorbike we wanted to spend time in Cherokee and relax, little did we know a whole basketball team booked in the hotel. Kids were running up and down the hallway, screaming and doors was slamming. I called the front desk and complained and they did nothing. July 21, 2014
