Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A return visitor The hotel is located across the entrance to Harrah's casino, very convenient if you wish to go. The only improvements, there was a previous guest towel left behind the door and I would prefer to have a bar of soap for both the shower and the sink. Everything else was great. They have extremely comfortable beds, sheeting and pillows. I had hoped to use the pool but do to only a one night stay, there just was not the time. I will stay here any time I visit Cherokee. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Oh No No No! Well we were winner's at the Casino but not at this Holiday Inn. Beds were very very uncomfortable, could not sleep because of loud noise above our room, outside our door and windows! Wanted the top floor but told that only SMOKERS allowed up there? Why would a hotel allow smoking in rooms anyway. Scary? August 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Go with the name you know. Doesn't matter where my travels take me Holiday Inn Express is the one thing I never have to worry about. Familiar, clean and friendly staff always make me feel relaxed and rested whether I'm working or vacationing. Holiday Inn Express in Cherokee enabled us to get away from the casino for awhile and relax and enjoy the area. Room was spotless and the staff as always was very friendly and accommodating. It was very hard and upon wakening we both had back and shoulder aches. It would be very nice if mattress was upgraded to pillow-tops. August 11, 2014

I did not realize the curtains would close to cover the sheers and darken the room. Saw my mistake the next morning. I will certainly stay here on my next visit. Thank you for enjoyable experience and making my daughter's birthday pleasant. August 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Met my expectations. When traveling for business you expect what you pay for, a clean, quiet, safe room. A room at least commensurate to your own bedroom. A comfortable bed, clean place to take a shower, room temperature is always a priority, someplace to get some exercise, and grab some breakfast on the way out in the morning. This location met my expectations. August 8, 2014
