We have always had great wonderful service, clean rooms, good breakfast. I just wish the water zoo wasn't so expensive!! We went there around 5:00 at night and for two adults and two kids it cost us $87!!! I thought that was a bit high. But our boys love it so we went. The water was a little too cold though. We had enough room for all of us to sleep well and we really enjoyed our stay. I'm sure the next time we visit Taylor will be in management. Thank you Taylor. March 31, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Be careful when booking the water park package We've stayed at this hotel several times on our travels to Arkansas. Great location, nice staff, etc. We booked the water park package 4 months prior to our stay only to find out the park was closed for the first day of our stay. They reversed the charges on the water park part of the package, but seemed less than concerned about our frustration. Why allow booking of the water park package if the park is going to be closed? We planned our trip around this and the grand kids were none too happy about it. Be wary when booking it! And as a Platinum Elite member I expect more courtesy when dealing with an issue. The manager was never around when I tried to talk with them about this, then was told that the manager would call and refund some of the points we used to book the room. Still have not heard from them. Again...just be wary! March 29, 2016
