We have stayed here before when we attend the Nascar race. The inn has been remodeled and our room was clean and up to date. The morning breakfast is excellent and the employee who mans the buffet is very friendly and had good customer service.

Our first time to stay at HIE in Cullman. Chose this hotel based on reviews I read---so many folks pleased on most aspects of their stay. This is a great hotel---the folks are friendly, and helpful. The linens and pillows were tops and Wanda in the breakfast room is a sweet heart---couldn't do enough to help us with actual hot food---most of these type breakfast offerings are mediocre at best. Wanda's management is exceptional, as are all of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have enjoyed staying in this hotel ever since it was built, years ago. The property has been maintained and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However, when I stayed there last week, I spent 2 sleepless nights due to inadequate cooling in my room. The air conditioner stayed on all day and night but never got the room cold. I have to have the room cold in order to sleep and even though the air conditioner said it would get down as low as 60 degrees, it definitely did not get past 70, at best. I was on the first floor and the weather outside was not particularly hot. I stayed in another hotel the 3rd night and the air conditioner said 65 degrees and it was perfect. Slept great. Sure hope the air conditioning at the Holiday Inn in Cullman will improve with the summer heat coming on.

I stay in hotels 30+ days a year. This is the best by far. The staff is great. Very clean.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and find that it is one of my favorites; a home away from home. The people who operate this place are very competent and make every effort to ensure the comfort and saftey of their guests. The rooms have always been exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near good dining choices and a variety of fuel stations. Also. it is readily accesible to the expressway-everything I want. I have stayed in more modern hotels, but not ant that I have been more comfortable in. I give my best recommendation for a weary traveler.

We had a great stay in the Cullman Holliday Inn Express. We have stayed there before and the rooms and food have always been great. The people that work there are always so kind and friendly. The same lady checked us in the last two times we stayed there, and she is very sweet. The ladies that serve the breakfast are always so nice and we enjoyed sitting and talking with them at our last stay. Thank you. It is always nice to have a great place to stay when you can't be at home!!

The staff at the Cullman, AL Holiday Inn Express is friendly and warm. Probably the warmest and sincere group of people at any Holiday Inn Express that I've stayed in.
The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Great place to stay.
