Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff This is a wonderful hotel because of the staff. I have staying at this hotel since 2009. The staff are great and caring people, particularly Wanda, Dee and Rick, however, recently some of the staff left. This has left a big hole in the efficiency of the desk. I hope this doesn't happen with other staff. Over-all this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Let's keep it that way by keeping the current staff. February 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by More Than You Would Expect, Never Any Unwanted Surprises This H.I.E express should serve as a model for other H.I.E.'s, You couldn't ask for better service, particularly in the Breakfast bar (Wanda) and all the Front Desk Personnel. Management is apparently doing a great job. The maintenance man seems to know how to deal with any problem, although I didn't have any. In addition the interior and exterior are always clean. Parking is safe and well lighted. You can't beat the available restaurants nearby. The location is convenient to the nearby Interstate and other highways.I will continue to stay here as I have in the past years. Keep up the good work H.I.E. Cullman! February 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cleanest hotel on our trip We stopped here on our way to FL. Just a quick overnight. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at during our 12 day journey, this was the cleanest. I was very impressed. The room, the lobby, breakfast area, all spotless. This will definitely be our stop over spot when we head back to FL The staff was very kind, polite and informative. .
