The staff was extremely friendly, the room was nice and everything smelled great (not something you usually find at hotels). The only catch is that you will need a car if you want something to eat, as there isn't much within walking distance.

I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels in El Paso, this one is the best. The owner and staff seem to really care.

Loved the staff and the hotel. Very accomodating and very well kept. There were only 2 things that would have made the visit exceed my expectation completely....one was the noise coming from the guy in the room above mine, everytime he walked in teh room, it sounded like he was practicing for a clogging contest. The other is that there was no acknowledgement of my being a Priority Club member. I even asked the girl at check-in if they had my PC information. She confirmed that they did but no other recognition of my membership was made. (However, this statement in no way should lead anyone to the assumption that she was anything but welcoming and pleasant.) I know its a small thing but those of us that patronize particular businesses do appreciate the acknowledgement.

the hotel stay was great, staff was real good. liked they had a shuttle to take us around to make it easier on driving. Patrick was great at suggesting resturants to eat at. wish the gym was a little bigger with differnt things to use, just had treadmills. maybe a treadclimber or weights would be great to use.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to get to know me and my coworker and would anticipate our arrival and have toothpaste ready for us, lol. They made our stay so pleasant and stress free which after a long day of work or traveling is very appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in El Paso. Thank you very much to the staff of the El Paso Airport Area Holiday Inn Express and Suites ;-)

Hotel is close to the airport, is clean and has friendly and helpful staff.
They did not have full recognition of my membership with the water and goodies. But they did offer the complimentary water.
Good stay, every visit to El Paso I usually stay here.
