Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Airport shuttle experience This was the first time I stayed here through my travels in El Paso. My experienced started out bad , I had to wait for over 30 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick me up when they kept telling me they were 5 minutes away every time I called ( 4 times ). I was Irate that I had to have to take a Taxi to my hotel from the airport. As I arrived to the hotel and being a little (alot) upset I started to complain to the desk clerks and both were trying to be nice but non woud take responsibilities and kept saying we called him and its not are fault we did our part. No argument that they probably did their part but its still the responsibility of Holiday inn employees not the customer. I ask to speak to the manager but she was not in so they gave me the number to call her. My second day there I received a box of cupcakes and apology note. I did speak to the Asst mgr and we got to talk about what happened he apologized again and made sure all issues were addressed. I understand things will happen ( like what happen to me ) but what I value is how it gets handled after that. Without a doubt it was handled to my satisfaction and I plan to use this experience as an example on how great customer service looks like during my seminars. November 6, 2014
