Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but lacking food choices It is a nice clean hotel but in a residential area. The attached restaurant is closed on Sundays, which is when I was there when my flight was canceled. There wasn't any place I felt safe to walk to at night. The front desk provided take out menus but as a diabetic Chinese and Italian are not good choices. This hotel should have the mini market so I could have had a better choice for food. May 20, 2015

The place is old and the housekeeping supervisor has some very different concepts concerning customer service. Argumentative and confrontational approaches don't promote repeat customers. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great serice Very convenient by the PHL airport. Good place to stay when arriving late at night or need to be at the airport early in the morning. Shuttle service is excellent. However the Hotel has not made much use of the proximity to the river. Outside seating could be improved and rear access door has been out of service for over 2 years. It is a place to sleep, not a place to hang out during the day. Not recommended as a vacation stop. May 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good clean hotel Comfortable and accommodating room. Check in was quick and friendly. Only issue I had was room was missing several light bulbs by the bed. Didn't notice until waking up in middle of the night around 2AM and needing the light. Called front desk and woman told me to remove a bulb from something else in the room and put it where I needed it. There was only one other bulb on the desk and it was a different size (I guess they recently planned to replace all the bulbs in the room). She was annoyed due to the hour I called. Guess I should have waited until morning but wanted the light for the next time we woke up. Was told I would receive points for the inconvenience but still haven't received. Oh well. Would stay again but would check the essentials upon arrival. May 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Consistent holiday inn experience Stayed here on a business trip to Philly. Room was clean and comfortable, not fancy, but fine. Breakfast was out a little early, convenient for catching a morning flight. At 6:00 it was only 6-7 minutes to the airport. The area itself is a little deceiving, industrial/ residential, and you're sure your GPS is lost until you actually come up on the hotel. There is a club next door (with a small motel between the two), but even in the room nearest the club we didn't notice the music. The patio behind the hotel has a very nice view of the Delaware river and there is a small park adjacent to the property if you have pet or child that needs to run a little (not sure about dogs). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. May 12, 2015
