Very poor conditions overall for the price and location.
Too expensive for this outdated hotel which offers dirty rooms, gray towels, and dirt everywhere.( rooms, hallway, elevator, etc).
Rude receptionist, with a look like she wants to kick you out because you asked for 2 bottles of water!
Very rude and unfriendly reception of customers!!!
Coffee is made out of Bartley maybe because is too diluted to taste the coffee!
Egg omelet is not edible! Tastes like rubber and it is sweet like pancakes !
Horrible, horrible experience... And this is my second stay at this facility. Same horrible experience! Never again! I will have all my friends and business colleagues to remove this one completely from our lists of hotels!
Very bad choice!

Greeted upon arrival by friendly desk clerk (actually called me by name). Shuttle drivers are friendly as are the housekeeping staff. Any requests I have made are promptly taken care of. I especially enjoy the comfort of the guest room bed after traveling all day by plane. I have recommended this hotel to others who have also stayed there.

After our flight was cancelled due to a major snowstorm during a recent business trip, we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful treatment that we got from the staff at this hotel. They really went out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as we could be during our two days of waiting for a flight out. I will definitely be back for an "intentional" visit to Sam and all his wonderful folks that work there.

The hotel is located close to the airport which was convenient and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The staff helped me find a good restaurant to eat at for dinner. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room I had was quiet and I was able to rest without a lot of background noise.

My stay was short but the entire hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was what one would expect from a Holiday Inn Express.
Great value and clean hotel.

We were stranded in Phili from Fri to Sun due to flight/weather problems. The first night, the airline put us up in a hotel and the 2nd night we all had to find our own. Some of the hotels were gouging customers because there were hundreds of people trying to find hotels. My daughter was booking for us because we were in a lineup fighting with the airlines - when she started with the one hotel it was changed by 141.00 3 minutes later - of course she said forget it. A lady I spoke to later told me when she called she was quoted 220 more than we were. Holiday Inn never changed - they charged me what were were told it would be.
The girl on the desk was amazing - the phone was ringing off the hook because everyone was looking for a room. We were lined at least 10 of us because the shuttle had dropped us off. She never lost her cool. She was very professional and handled each of us with very good Customer Service skills. The next morning, the lady that looked after the breakfast area was so sweet and willing to do anything she could to make our breakfast enjoyable. The girl on the desk that morning was also very nice. Even the staff that was cleaning the rooms were so bright and cheery. We were so exhausted by our trip that they were all a bright light at the end of what had been a very rough couple of days. If I was to ever go back to Phili, I would stay there in a heartbeat.
