But it is a remodeled building and it smells like stale smoke and dampness even when you are in a non-smoking room and the bathroom looks clean. The carpet was not vacuumed very throughly. It is definitely below the expectations I had for this chain based on my stay at other new buildings. August 28, 2015

As the brand is consistent in their amenities the only thing that can make a hotel stand out is its service personnel. In this case the staff at St. Louis West - Fenton, is by far well trained, welcoming, pleasant, engaging, and accommodating. The staff here made the experience outstanding for me and my family. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the guests experience was top notch. Breakfast was great and check-in and check-out were very efficient. August 16, 2015
