I stayed here 4 nights this week while doing local service work and after working all day I arrived to find my room exactly the way I'd left it 13 hours earlier, at 5am.. No, there was no "do not disturb" sign up or anything like that, they just didn't clean the room. Actually, they didn't touch the room. I went to the desk and the clerk said she was sorry and deposited some points in my account, but I'm writing this so the hotel is aware of the issue. It was the first time I've ever had a room completely skipped over.. And my bad marks on breakfast was because even though half of the hotel was clearing out at 5:30am to go to work, breakfast doesn't start til 6.. I understand that this is policy, but every one of those rooms paid for breakfast and instead was offered coffee and a banana.. Other hotels have understood that a big paper mill outage might be a good time for the breakfast person to come in an hour early and offer something to the people who are paying for this service, but this hotel doesn't understand that. Oh, and I saw a big fat mouse waddle down the hallway and go into the computer room.. I'm guessing he snuck in from outside, but maybe he was making reservations elsewhere?? December 7, 2014

We stay here every Thanksgiving on the way up and the way back and at least 2 or 3 other times each year. We have been doing this since the year the hotel opened. It is always nice and we have come to value these rooms as a nice haven away from home. December 4, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for a short stay. My wife and I had an overall pleasant stay. The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim, but everything else was good. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast offering was varied and good. We will definitely stay there again. November 27, 2014
