So, my room rate went up over double for the last two days, but when the price goes up, they step up the service and put out a self serve water bottle cooler.. WhooHoo!! Party!! The first day of my stay, the breakfast gravy was left over from the previous day, and it showed. One bite and I decided McDonalds would get my breakfast business that day. This hotel is closest to the paper mill, and I stay here because of it's location.. I need to learn to be more willing to drive further. May 15, 2013

My requirements are friendly, efficient front desk personnel at check-in, clean, quiet room, TV with channel selection quide provided and fast internet service. The Holiday Inn Express off I-95 & Hwy 327 met all of my requirements and I experienced a very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property if your travels take you to the Florence Area.
