Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Frequent Traveler I have had to go to New York quite often in the last 2 years and out of all the other places I have stayed this hotel out ranks them all! I love the way I get treated like a VIP when I check in. If I ask for something it gets brought to my room. If I need extra towels or toothpaste that's not a problem. I never have to worry about my transportation needs when I land at the airport. They have a free shuttle that picks me up and drops me off. I can get free rides to the subway and I get dropped off and picked up at my favorite restaurant-The Park Side. November 22, 2015

Clean and comfortable rooms with lots of pillows of different types, but the people make it worth a stopover. If you have to stay near Laguardia for any reason, use the easy shuttle (just call when you have your bags) and they'll swing through and pick you up. November 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for our Stay We had a last minute trip - I booked around 11pm the night before we arrived. We pulled up to the hotel very concerned b/c of the scaffolding outside the property. We were quickly relieved to find out that we would not be inconvenienced since that side of the property that was undergoing construction was locked off. STAFF - Everybody including the front desk staff, valet staff, housekeeping and breakfast room attendant were unbelievably friendly, courteous and professional. ROOM - We were on the 5th floor and our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. AMENITIES - They have a shuttle that takes you to many different restaurants but we didn't use it. The wifi signal was strong and the service was good. I highly recommend this property. November 11, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service Attended World series game and return shuttle which was guranteed was cancelled without notice. Desk clerk made no effort to assist with other options. With that said overall room conditions were very good November 10, 2015
