Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Going the extra mile! We love Karina the 8/15/14 evening manager! After a few days of hiking in Utah National parks we were ready to wash some clothes. When we discovered that the hotel washing machine was "Out of Order" Karina refunded the money and personally took our wet sandy clothes to the hotel next door to ensure our things were cleaned at no cost to us. WOW, you don't see that kind of Customer Service very often. Now that we know about all the things to do in Glenwood Springs, we know where we will be staying next time ... many thanks! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay This hotel was nice but I did feel that it was pretty average for the price. I was expecting something a little more elaborate for around $179! But it was the same as the hotel I stayed at in Rifle the night before that only cost about $80. The breakfast was not not very good at all. Cold and hard sausage, cheap bacon, cold gravy and no eggs. It really was nothing special. I just expected more for the price. August 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by stay on 8/7/2014 In general the hotel was satisfactory. I am very near platinum status and thus have lots to compare to. There was a dirty towel behind the nightstand in my room that was not removed prior to my stay. In addition I was not offered a complementary welcome gift, points, etc as appreciation for my loyalty to the brand. The hotel desk did not answer after 20 rings on two occasions. I recommend the property based on price for nearby recreation but I doubt that I would stay there again on my business visit next year. August 12, 2014
