Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Managed Hotel This is the best-managed Holiday Inn Express Hotel. The staff is excellent. They make every effort to make your stay the best that it can be on the road. The rooms were exceptionally well maintained and clean. Desk staffs at both stays were excellent. On our last stay we had what I would consider the least desirable room in the hotel. Having said that it was still an excellent room. September 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by High priced / Bed squeaky ! First time I stayed in Grand Island. If all hotels get this kind of money for a room, I won't be spending much time there. The bed box spring was absolutely like an old rusty screen door opening and closing. We can't be the only ones noticing that, like housekeeping !!!! September 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service and comfortable room I've stayed at lots of great Holiday Inn Express hotels, but this is the only one where the staff actually called the room to make sure everything was okay and offer a wake up call. In my opinion, that was above and beyond. They also allowed me a late checkout with no problem. Again, great service and value- September 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The do not disturb sign is not a cry for help! Checked in Monday afternoon, dropped off my bags and went to my client's site for an overnight install. I didn't come back to my room until 11am the next morning when I put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and finally got to sleep. Then for some reason three hours later that "DND" sign prompted the front desk to call my room, wake me up and ask me if I wanted turn down service. NO THAT's What do not disturb MEANS! I DO NOT WANT TURN DOWN SERVICE! I was so upset with the disrespectful nature of this that I couldn't get back to sleep and ended up going to my clients site for a follow up dog tired around 6pm. When I complained to the front desk the lady very nonchalantly explained that it is company policy to treat all DND signs as a cry for help and when you put that sign on your door the most probable situation is that you are injured inside of your room. Some how this prank phone call was supposed to save my life. Yes I consider it a prank phone call, just think about the irony of the whole situation. She also assured me that this will always happen at this hotel and guess what on my next install I'm going to avoid this chain like the plague. August 23, 2015
