I have stayed at this hotel for the past 2 1/2 years and it has been consistently accommodating. I will use this location for all my travel stay in the Grand Island area. December 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice quiet room overall we feel the hotel is a great place to stay, but the rate is too much for the area and time of year. We feel that the beer and wine in the early evening could be eliminated or restricted to the weekends or make it a cash service and reflect the difference in the rate. This is a Holiday Day Inn express, not a fancy top line hotel. December 4, 2014

My only issues were that the water in the pool was too cold, which is often the case with indoor pools, and when I booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids I expected their to be a sleeper sofa and there wasn't. One of the kids had to sleep on the floor, but they did bring us plenty of extra blankets and pillows when we asked for them. Would stay again in a heartbeat. November 30, 2014

I really felt that I was trated differently at the time of check in because I was Afican American, they elected to put and additional 250.00 hold on my credit card. Ive stayed in Midtown in GI, Holiday Inn Expresses in Columbus,Lincoln and Omaha with never having any additianal fees assesed as if I were going to steal something. THe lady that takes care of breakfast was the best, she needs a raise! November 21, 2014
