my first priority is a clean room and this property was superior on this! maid service was wonderful too. my only complaint about our stay was that although the staff was friendly they seemed to be too uptight and strict about everything, which is understandable in trying to keep everyone in the hotel comfortable but even when there was an empty floor except our wedding party we felt like it would have been alot more relaxing if we could have visited more without things being so strict. overall I would stay here again. Also it is in a wonderful location.

The entire staff is terrific. Always clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast waiting for me the next morning.

When we showed up to check in, we were treated very bad by the gal (she did not share her name). We arrived at 4:20 and our room was still not ready to occupy. It was clearly posted that check in time is 4:00. We were told that they were full the night before and therefore we had to wait. I'm sorry, but it is not a guests problem if the hotel is full the prior night. We had a fussy baby that needed a nap. We were not able to get our room till 5:30. Absolutely ridiculous. Never once was I recognized as a Priority Club member. I will not be staying at this hotel in Grand Island again. I will go elsewhere.

Booked my room through the main reservation phone line and didn't end up getting the room I was quoted. The young lady at the front desk was rude and less than helpful to say the least. Nice property but they could use a refresher course in customer service!

We were very satisfied with our stay. I really like the location. The beds were very comfortable and we got our wake up call as we requested. Breakfast is always good.
