Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Stay As a Government Employee, I booked this room in advance for myself only. Circumstances changed for me and my stay included my wife and grandchild. Upon arrival, I was asked to verify that I was alone and I informed the desk clerk that I was not and I apologized for not calling that information in ahead of my arrival. Without missing a beat, she adjusted the rate for my stay and informed me of the difference. I got to keep the same room and the transition was seamless. Early that evening we got a call from the front desk clerk, asking if we were comfortable and if there was anything the staff could do to make our stay more comfortable or if we needed a wake up call. I can't remember the last time someone made a special call to see how we were doing! Next morning, I asked if we could have a late check out, as I was presenting at the local VA and wouldn't be able to entertain a child. My wife and grandchild were able to stay comfortably in the room until 2:00, the exact time I was wrapping up my meeting. I know that saying "They bent over backward to accommodate us" has become a cliché, but they really do care for the individual needs of their guests. I arrived with unexpected needs and they met them perfectly. Thank you. I will definitely stay here next time. November 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellence is becoming standard I travel about once a month for business and always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I must say that I have always found them clean, friendly, and great place to stay. This one does not disappoint. Super friendly staff at the front desk who seemed happy to see me again and took special care to give me a room that I requested. The quality of this chain is excellent and when something is less than excellent I almost feel like I am nitpicking if I rate them lower than a 10. Keep up the good work November 23, 2015
