Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Pleasant Stay Overall Our stay here was very comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable (as were the pillows, which isn't always the case). The A/C unit worked fine, though the room didn't seem quite as cool as the temperature setting indicated it would be. My only complaint was with the bathroom. The bathroom did not have an exhaust vent fan which created mirror fogging issues. Also, the tub surface felt extremely slick when standing in the shower. The shower head was very pleasant, but the slippery tub surface was quite disconcerting. Overall though, we were very pleased with our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. August 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unbelievable Experience! The bathroom was stained with fluids and the sleeping area was just as bad and even worse. I understand that some things can happen but when I brought it to the managers' (Melissa) attention she agreed that it was not acceptable and had the areas cleaned. She agreed to move us and take care of the night but at checkout she received a bit of amnesia! She stated that there wasn't any stains but she would discount my stay! Really! Of course I do not agree to this and of course I took pictures! The young lady working in the breakfast was the only sunshine in this hotel. She worked very hard to please every customer who entered into that room! I'm really not very hard to please at all, but when you spend your money to be treated as a valued customer, I do expect to receive that certain level of respect and every customer should. Not Here! I do not recommend staying at this hotel! August 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Clean Room Room was very clean--no musty smells. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Bathtub was not cleaned of old hair. Room door deadlock would not engage until fixed the next morning, but staff took care of it immediately upon notification. August 20, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not to happy with my stay here When trying to make my reservations, I was put on hold 6 different times and each time they came back on the line we had to start my reservations over again. The hotel had a musty smell to it. The furniture in the room had stains all over them. The breakfast was not good at all and they were out of several of the items and when we asked if they would refill them they no because breakfast was almost over. It was 9:45 on a Saturday morning....REALLY??? When we checked in we were told they didn't show we had reservations, I had to pull my conformation up on my cell phone to show them we did have reservations. The hotel was behind another unknown motel and there were several older men sitting in the back of their pickup trucks drinking beer and would whistle at the women when they would go out to their cars. It was not a safe feeling walking to the entrance of this hotel. The only good things about this stay was: The bed...it was very comfortable and the maid service. The maids were very friendly.
