Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Staff friendly and accomodating The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The maids only made up the beds, did not change the sheets. They did not vacuum the floors. The room had a musty smell and the sheets as well, did not smell clean. May 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OSU Graduation Trip The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed but was exceptionally friendly and did the best she could. Our room was not cleaned upon our return the second day. The front desk staff provided fresh linens, coffee, etc., and apologized saying "new cleaning crew" accidentally missed our room. Breakfast was very good both days. Bright lights in parking lot was very obtrusive. Construction on main street was a muddy mess due to the rain and was hard to find the proper access due to poor lighting on the main street and a huge drop off from road to access road looked treacherous. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel review Was very disappointed where the hotel was located. The floors were dirty in elevator, halls and the elevator was not in a good location plus slow! We got to our room and was disappointed with curtains not hanging right and walls were dirty. Felt like it was a cheap hotel. It was so noisy on several floors and even late in the night. Not a restful stay. Was very disappointed in Holiday Inn for this wasn't like we imagined. The girl that checked us in was very nice to us when we checked and we did appreciate that. May 4, 2015
