We were there with a group to attend a wedding and we all had a comfortable stay. Michelle at the font desk could not have been more helpful. I suggest you book this hotel if you are staying in the area. October 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The bar has been set high This is by far the best Holiday Inn on Long Island. I am.on the Island for business about one week a month and this is my only choice for a hotel. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are all smiles and recognize you after their initial encounter with you. James the manager has set the bar very high for all other hotels to reach. This last sta u was for a getaway weekend and they did not disappoint. Holiday Inn should consider themselves fortunate to have a staff that represents them so well. October 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No communication re: left item Traveling to VT, we stopped here because my boyfriend had lived up in the area a number of years ago. Though the hotel itself was nice, I'm a bit disappointed at no attempt to contact us after our stay. We had brought a personal pillow with us and upon leaving, we left it behind accidentally. We didn't realize it until we reached our next destination. I sent an email (no phone service at the resort) via the "email hotel" on their webpage regarding the item. I did not receive an email back or any other communication. I feel the hotel should have made some attempt to get the item back to us. I gave the "staff and service" a poor marking because of this.
