Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy bed but Room smelled really bad The king size bed was really comfortable that was the one of two things that was good about the hotel. The cleaning staff was friendly. I like the Holiday Inn Hotels but this was the worst one I have stayed in. The room smelled like there was rotting food when I turned the ac off. The front desk staff was rude except for one the 2 latino gentlemen. The hotel manager was not very accommodating and would not listen to my concerns about being charged an extra $90.00 on my debit card. I will not be staying at this particular Holiday Inn again. Recibi una habitacion para discapacitados cuando no reserve tal habitacion. Nada que comparar a los otros Holiday Inn Express en los que me he alojado. Definitivamenete este es un hotel de emergencia por no decir mas. Primera y ultima vez en este hotel lo que me hace considerar un cambio de cadena hotelera. November 18, 2014

I was quite impressed with the shower layout, finding it very satisfactory and "old worldly". The ability to access the hotel from neighboring streets was very easy. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Most recent stay I am a Gold member and choose to stay in your hotels very often. The past few times I stayed at this hotel I was a little disappointed. One of the 2 elevators has been out of order for months. Also, unlike other hotels, this facility does not provide a welcome gift bag or even ask if you would prefer points. They do neither. I thought that was one of the benefits of your program. I have stayed at this particular hotel on several occasions. Not sure that I will continue. Room service did not even provide coffee in the room after the 1st day. November 15, 2014
