This was the worst HIE we have ever stayed at. It is run down, worn out and we had a wall full of little black bugs in our room. They were accommodating and moved us down the hall to another room but that was at 11:30pm after we had unpacked and settled already, which was a huge pain. It was hard to sleep thinking that those bugs were only a few doors down and could easily travel to us.
The entire hotel smells very musty and the popcorn ceiling and stucco walls are chipping off in many spots. The floor is completely uneven and hurt to walk on without shoes on. The hallway has a line of red electrical wire running along the top of the ceiling- there is no attempt to cover it up or make it look nice. They need to tear down and rebuild this HIE.

When I arrived there were two basketball teams in the lobby checking in. They had two hotel staff working on that instead of one helping the other customers that were waiting. Check in took at least 15 minutes. After 5-10 minutes of us waiting they finally called in a 3rd person and two started to check in the other guests waiting. The room was a nice room but the carpets were damp and it smelled musty. The hallways smelled like there had been a back up. The rooms could use a freshening up and a thorough cleaning.

Be sure to know in advanced why the rate is too high and the booking has no cancellation policy, when there are other Holidays Inn that are more flexible in both.

Our experiences with IHG line has been great overall however this recent visit to this location was not one of them. We booked this room at last minute as we decided not to make our 7 hour drive home. Honestly that's what I think we got as far as the room. It was a last minute room.
Our kids always travel with us so we typically get a King/Queen suite so we have our privacy. Well when the door to our room is missing this is not possible.
Our room furniture was very outdated and worn and the smell of the room to be non-smoking did not exist.
When we requested new towels to be delivered to our room it took just about an hour to receive. Yes, I know because I was doing an online exam with a timer.
This was a great experience and this hotel needs some updating and attention to details.

A warm welcome from Andrea who met us on our arrival and nothing was too much trouble for this fine ambassador for the Holiday Inn. The room was clean and very comfortable bed, the staff were not only very professional but always had a smile and a kind word.
We would defiantly stay here again and can recommend all aspects of this hotel with a great atmosphere. Well well done!

As a customer Service Representative, I found myself required to spend the night in this location unexpectedly in order to make a follow-up visit to my customer in the area. Room availability was limited so the only vacant rooms were higher than I am permitted by my company to pay, The staff worked with me to find discounts that made it possible for me to stay rather than seek a room elsewhere.
The night was quite restful as the room was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was delightful with more offerings than I have seen at any other Holiday Inn Express.
