Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great location We stayed at this hotel for our daughters softball tournament that was close to the hotel. As a IHG rewards member is why I chose this hotel. It's in a great location, right off interstate, 10 min from sports complex and 15 min from downtown. So close access to highway makes a good choice for KC activities. Staff very nice, rooms nice and comfy, easy accessibility. September 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Your maintenance and housing keeping staff are excellent. The one small problem in the bathroom sink was fixed immediate by Scott, your Maintenance Manager. The house keeping staff was excellent too. They were very pleasant, had smiles on their faces and were eager to assist us in any way they could. Char and Mariah were outstanding. When we return next year we want them to take care of our room. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. They were able to give me directions to locations. Your hotel is a 10 out of 10 for us and we look forward to returning next year. September 19, 2014
