Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ~Good Stay made great by the staff~ I was forced to divert my return travel home from Atlanta and I opted to stay at this hotel due to the inclement weather that had turned for the worse. I arrived at the hotel within 10 minutes of reserving a room with my IHG phone app and everything was ready upon checking in. The attendant was very attentive and polite, he got my stay process with the upmost attention to detail and efficiency. Once arriving to my assigned room everything was in order, clean and tidy bed as was expected. I did however run into a little attention to detail issue in the bathroom shower that was corrected and addressed to above my satisfaction once I brought this issue to the attention of the MGR on the morning of my checkout. Room was very clean, staff was pleasant and professional, and the hotel is pet friendly for those who need such. This a very good option for those who are coming in for a Mavs game or even the Royals/Chiefs. January 5, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Never again! No acknowledgement for Platinum Elite members. Room was outdated and bathroom had mildew on the floor tile and interior shower. There were not any towels available at the indoor pool. Understaffed and rude -will NOT be staying there again. December 29, 2013
