Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ants, broken ironing board, no microwave The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However, I had several issues. I had ants in my room. They were for the most part in the bathroom, but one night I found them on my bed. I was on a business trip, but found the first night that I had a completely broken ironing board to get my attire ready for the next day. The board would not stand on its own and had to be laid out on one of the beds to be used. I asked the front desk about this that first night and, after searching for a replacement, they came up empty-handed. To their credit, they did call me and let me know they couldn't find a replacement and would bring one the next day instead. However, none was replaced the next day. It wasn't until my third day, when I approached the front desk in person, that someone actually got me a board that worked. I didn't have a microwave, even though the amenities on this hotel clearly indicated that there would be one. It was listed under amenities, and it was shown in the images of the rooms. Turns out this was only reserved for King-sized rooms, which is not what I had. This was not explicit anywhere on the registration site. I would have chosen differently if I had known. One night, my hotel wireless did not work at all, despite my having the password. September 23, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected Hotel wasn't bad at first glance, upon reaching the room the glamour of the lobby is gone and your stuck in a so called updated room. The air conditioning worked all of 15 mins just enough to cool the room then it would shut off and your sleeping in the heat the rest of the night unless you like waking up al night to turn it off then back on to reset it . Bed was very uncomfortable and half of cable channels were like watching on old rabbit ears. Wifi worked while standing at the rooms entrance but anything past that you won't be using it. Overall after staying in numerous holiday Inn expresses this is top 5 worst. September 15, 2014

If it's good, I use it again - if not, I bar it from my search results. I've been here several times and will continue to come back when the rates are right. September 14, 2014
