Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding party The reason for our stay was to attend the wedding of our son. The bride contacted the hotel and blocked off twenty rooms and hotel was aware that the wedding began at 5pm, ten rooms were actually booked by wedding guests. Prior to our arrival we called to assure that we could check in earlier than the usual 4pm check in. We were informed that No, we could not. When informed that these ten rooms were booked for a 5pm wedding well in advance we were again told No. We then asked to speak with the GM and were transferred to him. We left numerous voice mails with no callbacks. During our rehearsal dinner my son called once more only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes and then he was informed that check in was at 4pm. The situation was explained again to the GM who was unsympathetic, but did agree to try and give our ten rooms priority in readying them for the wedding guests. I feel that given the number of rooms booked and the reason for the bookings the staff should have been a bit more accommodating and demonstrated greater understanding. Over all the hotel, the rooms and subsequent service was good and I would recommend hotel….If you want early check-in make sure you arrange prior to booking. April 23, 2015

The water is so warm and inviting. Great views of the vineyard. Will continue to stay at this location when I come into the area. April 21, 2015
