They need to review and dismantle their heating system which is supposed to go on when a guest enters the room...which they keep at 50 degrees! We had just come to NH from FL and were freezing!!! It took 3 hours after the tech dismantled the system to get the heat to 68 degrees!!!
The whole hotel looks like it needs to be spruced up.

When I was a guest at the Holiday Inn Express in Manchester, NH - I had the very best customer service experience. All of the staff was very helpful and outgoing at all times. The complimentary continental buffet breakfast in the morning was beyond my expectations. The coffee was fresh and hot, breads of all sorts were all fresh and soft, fresh fruit and overall there was a broad enough variety of selections to please mine and any one persons pallet. My room was clean, and not noisy at all. As I ventured down to the pool and hot tub area, I was very pleased to find I was the only guest taking advantage of the beautiful surrounding, well I got to relax is all I can say.
I decided to venture out for dinner, although the hotel offers a nice complimentary pasta dinner on Wednesday nights only, in appreciation and a thank you from the Hotel to their guest. I thought was very nice touch. The eateries / restaurants in the area, WOW - just so many WONDERFUL selections and the staff at the hotel was more than happy to help me with my selections as they were well knowledgeable in this area and shopping and entertainment.
Over all, I can not say enough good about the Holiday Inn Express in Manchester, NH. I would recommend staying there to anyone and everyone.

The first time I stayed at your facilty my room was under a coworker's name. I had a smoke detector go off for no apparent reason and my neighbors were very loud and inconsiderate. I called to inform the staff that the alarm had gone off in my room and my room only ??? and asked the next morning if my neighbors were staying another night. I was told that the neighbors weren't staying they said they would have changed my room if need be. I was upgrade on this stay to a suite to make up for the smoke alarm incident. Maybethe upgrade will happen again on my next stay, I'm coming back on the evening of14th and staying until the 19th. The staff has been wonderful trying to make right was has happend, mostly out of their control, all other accomidations have been good.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by RH2589 Horrible experience for a group event
I have stayed at many hotels between my 3kids and their hockey teams. This by far was the worst experience. We got nothing but complaints all weekend long. The boys weren't even able to walk down the halls in the middle of the day. I don't understand why they would even accept a hockey team booking. The staff was horrible. They didn't give us any other alternatives. I've been in many hotels that have given us space for the kids to do a bit of playing.they had us on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Why would you not put a group of people together in the 1st floor. That way the kids are not going through the hotel and there is no one below. The staff were so rude. Told me that our boys were so disrespectful. Who does that when you are in the service industry. We stayed there last year and didn't have any problems. Will never go back!!!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by tweedled1 Nive hotel, horrible fellow guests!
The staff was great, room immaculate and perfect temp on arrival but the fellow other guests horrible. The hotel had what seemed like about 100 ten year old cheerleaders (they were in uniforms) running all over, screaming in shrill voices upon entry around 5pm this continued until nearly midnight. A few even knocking on my door after 11p not knowing what room was theirs. It sounded as if elephants were running above my head as I tried to sleep as I had been traveling all day and needed to get up at 4am. When I mentioned it at checkout the desk clerk said yea, we heard they were bad...well why didn't anyone tell them to zip it when I called down to the front desk at 10:45 and they assured me someone was going up to quiet them down? I know they had parent chaperons but still the hotel staff could have reminded them to tell the kids there were other people in the hotel it was not Chuckie Cheese.

The bathrooms are moldy and disgusting. I was not happy with the cleanliness of this hotel, a hotel should have guidelines if there's mold the rooms should not be used, my child has asthma. This hotel was under remodeling as I was told and saw no remodeling going on during our stay.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by doubleyou2 Great, but...
The room and hotel were comfortable and clean. We have always had great experiences with Holiday Inn. However, this particular weekend housed a group of teenage cheerleaders, so the halls and rooms were a bit noisy. We could hear every word the room next to us said. I would 100% stay again, I may just check how crowded the hotel is, or ask for a further away room if doable.
