Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs repairs Checked into room 201 where the shower curtain was hanging on by a thread and did not close. It only covered the middle part of the shower. There is no fan in the bathroom so it appeared that mold was growing on the ceiling. The plug where the tv was plugged into had a broken plate with sharp edges. Something had been done under the window. Wall paper was stapled back on. On both edges under the window sill there was a gap with something visibly growing in there. The front desk person asked me to email her the pictures I took and told me that the manager would call. I have not heard from the manager. HI is my hotel of choice and this one did not live up to the IHG brand. November 22, 2014

My first two nights my room had flickering lights, dirty carpet, noisy neighbors, thin walls, a shower curtain torn in two places, and a clock radio that didn't work. I requested to be moved and they gave me another room. This room was quiter. The room and hallway carpet was cleaner. The bathroom faucet dripped, and the toilet needed to be flushed twice, each time...for two nights. Peeling wallpaper and mold near A/C. Noisy fan. No fans in bathrooms. Restaurant choices in the area are very limited. Never again. Some people at breakfast were loud, belched, and appeared to be friend or family of staff...or staff themselves. Meanwhile at another hotel a few minutes away...better food, amenities, etc. November 15, 2014
