He really made me feel like my home away from home; such a cheerful personality. I stayed over two weeks, and even though i was there for business, i was able to relax during my stay. I would recommend this hotel any day, and i look forward to my next trip to Atlanta. March 3, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by above average for this type of hotel I found this hotel to be conveniently located as it is near highway 75, I had no real issues and was quite comfortable for the week. I did hear a lot of traffic noise but it wasn't excessively loud. The breakfast was average but sufficient. Pillows were marked soft and firm but were all the same. More on the soft side. The room needed updated. Walls and carpet showing some stains and wear and tear. If there was a pool, I never saw it. The staff was always friendly. Cleaning staff always restocked coffee and tolietries. March 3, 2015

I was unable to return immediately, so the staff secured my laptop for me until I picked it up several days later. March 2, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not value for the money Was suppose to stay for 9 nights but checked out after the first night due to the hotel condition. Staff wasnt helpful either and didnt bother if I was a Platinum member with IHG. Was charged higher amount as well for the night stay than what I was told to.Not pleased at all with the stay. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No heat We arrived in the evening. After checking into our room, we realized that the heat was not working. If you check the weather reports you will realize that February 18 was below freezing in the Marietta area. We called the front desk three times and did not get a response. Tired, we went to bed and as we checked out the next morning attempted to explain our situation to the front desk. On duty was Aarti, who was not the least interested in our concern regarding having no heat the night before. We asked if we could receive a credit as we planned on staying at a Holiday Inn Express on our return trip to Chicago. She was not flexible at all and only offered us points. I explained that we were not frequent travelers and points would not be helpful to us. I then asked to speak to the manager who was not on duty. She gave me his name and assured me that he would call the same day. To date, 3/1/2015, I have not heard from Krishan, the manager. As a result of this extreme lack of customer service I will NEVER stay at or refer anyone to any Holiday Inn Express. I am so disappointed. After all, we did not have HEAT in a city which was experiencing below freezing temperatures. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to express my disappointment.
