Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel The room was great. Very clean and up to date. Furnishings and furniture were new and modern. Beds and pillows were amazing! Linens were extremely soft and comfortable. Would liked to have seen enough shampoo/conditioner, etc for two people in the room. There was no light on the right side of the right bed, so when it was time for the kids to got to sleep in the other bed we had to turn off everything. Also, they ran out of juice at breakfast. Tried to hook our computer up to the TV so the kids could watch Netflix, but that was a disaster; signal kept dropping. Very frustrating. Other than that, our stay was great! May 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service just stayed overnight. booked the room online and was late in checking in. called ahead to give an estimated time. hotel clerk was so nice. came in about 1AM, she had a great smile on her face made us feel welcome and really made us feel like we could ask for anything. got up early next morning to get back on the road, check out was painless and the breakfast was excellent. traveled with kids with different taste. they had everything to please the pickiest. We plan on traveling that way again and we will definitely be staying there again! May 6, 2015

I was a platinum club member for a few years but my traveling has been reduced due to a job change. The representative that checked me in on Tuesday April 28th, 2015 automatically upgraded me from a double sized room to a Queen. My family and I were very much appreciative of this as it allowed us extra room. I wish that I would have captured his name, but he was very courteous and professional. Please pass this message along to him and my most sincere apologies for not getting his name. May 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Place I've come to know that the Holiday Inn Express will be a very good place to stay. Check in was a breeze-no waiting in line this time. The room was great. Didn't like the cable tv provider. The TV guide says (for instance) TLC-50.13. You can't enter 50.13 so, enter 50. Then scroll forward to 50.1, then 50.2 until 50.11 starts. Not a huge deal. Have never experienced that kind of mess before. Took a bit to figure it out. Rooms are alway nice. Still think they could improve quietness of door closings and wall insulation. My 'neighbors' were pretty thoughtful and I slept well, but, I could hear someone blowing their nose next door. May 4, 2015
