I had to find a location with short notice for an overnight stay. This location was in the best location, the bed was very comfortable and my stay was restful. I got to the hotel late evening but the staff was alert and helpful, check in was a snap. My online reservation was found quickly and the room was what I reserved. We were able to eat breakfast although we had to leave early, the timeframe for breakfast was appropriate.
The facial tissue was out but a quick call brought a replacement. I like showers and what a great massaging shower head. It also aided in relaxing me to prepare for a tenseful next day.
I recommend this property and I plan to return for a longer stay.

When I first contacted the hotel to book multiple rooms for my daughter's wedding, I met Cortney. She went over and beyond to not only get me a great rate, she helped me sort out the different needs for different family members and allowed me to make late changes about arrival dates and worked with me when other issues arose. Once I got to the hotel myself, Cortney greeted me at the desk and brought the luggage cart out to my vehicle to bring everything in. But the friendliness didn't end there,from the front desk to those who prepared breakfast, to those who cleaned the room.. everyone went out of the way to meet every need that anyone in our group had. Special diet, no problem, Special room needs, no problem, When the washer quit working, they offered to do my laundry for me. When everything was over, we all got a friendly farewell and new friends were made. STAY HERE, you will not regret it.

Great place to stay when travelling through Montgomery. Right on the interstate. Clean, easy access, great hot breakfast. Upgraded our room because it showed that one of our rooms was not clean. Short stay but enjoyable.

Hair dryer didn't work and condition reported twice. No room service one night. No towels received 2 days. Cleaning was poor, i.e., hair left in walk-in shower and soap dishes dirty.

We were on a 40 hour four day round trip and the stop at this hotel was perfect. The staff welcomed us, the bed was perfect and the overall amenity to price ratio made this a ten star selection.
We will use this hotel again and again on our round trips.

We visited Montgomery, AL for our Grandson's college graduation. Holiday Inn Express provided us with a wonderful room, great breakfasts and very good internet access. We will return to this really good value location.

It may seem like a trivial matter, but as one who travels extensively and is a Platinum member, it would seem fitting that I would be recognized as a Platinum member. I was not recognized as one at this property, and I did not receive any complimentary items.
The breakfast was satisfactory, but overall the quality of food, and food choices at HI properties is in decline. This property was no different.
The staff was very friendly (except for the matter above) and tended to our needs in a timely manner. I was traveling with my family, including 5-month old grandson, and we were able to rest. That was the most important thing.
