I've never been so disappointed in all my stays at holiday inn express. The women at the front desk was rude, after telling me there was a corporate price on the phone they said told me I must have called the wrong location. Funny I called the number and the phone at the front desk rang. I was charged 50 more than what was agreed.
My room wasn't as clean as other HIX locations. I could keel going but I want to forget this experience

Hotel showed its age. The building and grounds looked worn and weathered, and the room smelled of mildew and mold. That was too bad because it was quite clean. The AC unit was noisy and smelled bad. Breakfast was dull and not very good. I would probably stay elsewhere should I visit Nashville again.

Bill slid under door in morning was considerably higher than my booked rate. Fortunately I had my confirmation email - still the bill was prepared 3 times with MUCH delay before I got the booked rate.

This hotel was in a good location close to the airport. It was also clean and the staff was friendly. The overall appearance was up to date. My stay was pleasant without any problems...

The rooms are in need of upgrade. Service, breakfast, staff and airport shuttle were very good.

Friendly staff, nice property, very clean public areas and room. Nice pool area.
I forgot a calendar book in my room, contacted the hotel front desk who put me in touch with housekeeping who was able to locate it and return it to the front desk to be mailed back to me.
Will definitely return on our next trip to Nashville!
