Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First time stay after a flight We have stayed many times prior to a flight and then upon return we just got our car and went home. This time we go in really late so elected to stay the night at the Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle brought is promptly back to the hotel and pulled up the the front entrance and the flight crew that got on the bus with us and myself got off, my husband asked the driver to take him to our parked car because we had some luggage we did not need to take to our room. He not only took him to our car... but he waited and brought him back to the entrance!!!! Great service. The airline people went ahead of me and apparently had a sign in sheet and wanted to get their keys. Not a problem.. they were tired and had to arise early... but the man at the desk waved me around them and signed me in and apologized for the group who went ahead of me. Wish I had gotten his name. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Choice This property was generally excellent and exceeded my expectations. My only complaint was that there was hair clogging the tub drain, but it was easily removed. Even with this, I would highly recommend this property. It is very convenient to the airport and the east side of Nashville. It would be hard to beat the value for staying on the east side of Nashville. I would definitely stay here again. January 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really Quiet location I was quite pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in the hotel room. I had a king room that opened to the courtyard and being so close to the airport, I anticipated more noise. I did hear one plane on both Sunday and Monday morning but beyond that - nothing! I arrived earlier than I had anticipated and was able to get early check in for both myself and my son who joined me later. AND, they put he and his wife just two rooms away from me so it made it quite convenient for visiting. This was out first visit together since August, 2013 and it was wonderful. He is retired military and during 2014 I lost my husband, my nephew and my male springer spaniel. This after losing my father in August 2013...so this was very needed R January 22, 2015

Their smiles are genuine, their helpfulness inspires, and they all go above and beyond their training. They treat people like they want to be treated and that's what it means to love they neighbor. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rude front Desk The front desk staff were the most unprofessional and rudest I have ever encountered. I checked in late at night and the young man that checked me in never said one word to me. Just reached for my credit card and handed me my key. Then immediately went back to his cell phone. Had to ask for my Rewards welcome bag. During my stay every encounter with the front desk was less than favorable. They were joking with the shuttle drivers and other employees and acted like I was interfering with their social time. The housekeeping staff on the other hand were just the opposite. They smiled and said good morning or have a nice day every time I encountered them in the hallway or elevators. Very friendly and helpful. As was the lady working the breakfast area. January 14, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Awful Visit We ALWAYS stay @ Holiday Inns when traveling... This was by far the WORSE stay EVER!!! When I made Reservations, I made SURE they had Room Service, which they DIDN'T! I travel with my Dog's so I don't leave the Room. Fortunately, a Friend was with me (highly unusual) and went out to get food for us. Thank GOD! Also, when I made Reservations, I let the Agent know I had Dog's. I was using Points so I "assumed" that the Deposit was included in the Room. I was charged $100.00 on my Credit Card after signing in. Very unusual? I've always paid a Deposit but NEVER more than $25.00. My Dog's are very well trained on a Wee Wee Pad and do not do any destruction whatsoever! We were put in a Room right across from the Vending Machines. I have Dog's! They Barked everytime someone purchased a Drink or got Ice. So much for SLEEP!!! I did speak to someone about getting my Points back since this was a HORRIBLE experience which they complied... THANK YOU!! I appreciate you letting me air my frustrations... Hopefully this won't happen again! January 9, 2015
